OCEAN FRONT!!! RIGHT ON THE CARIBBEAN SEA!! This is an Updated Villa right on the beach. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 story with a multi-level terrace ocean front. A/C thru out. Large kitchen. Daily maid service available. Huge outdoor ocean front patio plus another ocean front deck off of the master bedroom. Large pool plus kiddy pool right next to the villa. Walk right out your door and be on the beach or in the pool. Cable TV. Marble floors. Sheets, towels, soap, fully stocked kitchen ( pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc ) all included. Hammocks hang between the coconut palms. Feel the warm breeze off of the ocean. At night watch the Cruise Ships sail by. All of this in a fully safe, secure complex with 24 hour security. Amazing location

We hired this villa as a family of 7 for 5 days. The location was amazing, beach-wise pretty much right at the front. The fact that all the rooms had air conditioning was also good as it got pretty hot throughout the day and it was nice to be able to take a rest from that and sleep well. The big kitchen is also a plus as you can make your own meals. There are some restaurants within walking distance on the “lagoon side” one in particular called 19.5 KMS by Joe was awesome but there aren’t a lot of options in the area. The surrounding hotels are “all inclusive” and don’t serve walk-ins like you would expect if you have ever been to Boracay. There were some public beaches along the beach but it’s a good walk away in soft sand which makes 500 meters feel like 1 kilometre. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying, but here are a couple of things I wish I had known: - you need to request fresh towels or housekeeping - no laundry. We asked one of the maids if we could use the laundry but she said they only did it on Saturdays but as we were leaving by Wednesday we couldn’t even wash some of our beach clothes. - the photos posted by the owner were obviously a few years back as the property has dates since, needs a bit of a renovation, but still in ok condition. - hire a car from the day you arrive!
