Hello I am Ron the owner of PH3A and PH3B each a penthouse condo in the hotel zone at the fantastic Cancun beach that you can view from the balconies, step on to the beach from my location, located at the Salvia Condos.
Please check the reviews. Recently I have made some up grades mentioned as needed in a review of PH3A. The old electric stove top has been replaced with a new glass type, and the bar counter tile has been redone. New drapes have been installed and furniture that was abused and broken has been replaced. New pots and pans and cutlery were added. Extensive replacement of things like bath room tile demolition can be done only in September. So that might get done then.

I was satisfied with this rental, however, know that it is like using a friends beach house. The condo is not upscale, however -the place is very clean and the staff - especially Adam at the front desk, are very helpful. We were treated kindly and the staff is eager to help and they are area informative - treat them...

We rented Ron's PH3A condo for two weeks. Upon arrival their was a bit of a mix-up, as our reservation wasn't on the books, but within 15 minutes it was sorted and we were up in our suite. Maid service....is included every other day. Set up and departure cleaning included. All linens and towels and toilet paper included. Security damage deposit in cas only of $50.00 made at reception. Fully refundable on check out without damage and kept in the safe at reception. For a stay of 25 days or more $100 breakage deposit.. I'd be happy to answer your email about availability. Rate includes linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, and maid service every other day.

Tell the operator you are going to the Salvia Condominiums. If they aren't familiar with the name just tell the driver you are going to Punta Cancun at 9 Km on Kukulcan Blvd across from the Flea Market Coral Negra next to the Forum shopping center. You will enter the secure gated entrance and can go forward to the reception area to check in.
