Con cargos ocultos
Hicimos una reservación por una noche por medio de una plataforma y por experiencia llamamos para confirmar que todo estuviera en orden. Cabe mencionar que en la plataforma mencionaba que era pet friendly y como hemos viajado con nuestras 3 perritas (tamaños mini y pequeñas) estamos acostumbrados a que los hoteles nos cobren una pequeña cantidad extra por cada una.
Bueno, total que al llamar nos dijeron que debíamos dejar de depósito $100 usd por cada una. ¡El costo de la reservación fue de $65 usd y debíamos dejar $300 de depósito!
Como cliente estás en todo el derecho de aceptarlo si así lo decides, el detalle aquí fue que en ningún lugar de las políticas de reservación (como dónde siempre dice la hora de llagada y salida, que no se admiten fiestas, etc.) no venía especificado ese detalle. Se canceló la reservación, pero ahora tendremos que esperar 12 días para recuperar el dinero. Y algunos dirán ¿porqué no llamaste antes de reservar? Sencillo, porque busqué en internet y no aparece el teléfono en ningún lugar. Solamente te lo mandan cuando pagas.
