About the neighborhood
Nuevo Vallarta is a secured area surrounded by tidal salt water canals. We live on a quiet cul de sac just minutes walking to bus and cab services. In our area, there are more than 20 restaurants within walking distance for you to enjoy. From breakfast only establishments to Italian, Sushi, Mediterranean , and of course Mexican. Just a ten minute walk takes you to a small convenience store. In the lot next to that, each day a family sets up their taco truck. If you try one, you will be there again and again. Close to Starbucks, and the paradise village mall and the San Javier hospital. Ten minutes to Walmart, movie theaters, lots of gyms and crossfit centers, and more. Our area is very safe and walking after dark should not be a concern.
Bikes will be available for you to use anytime. This is the perfect area for biking and walking.
We are just moments away from transportation by bus or cab and can always call a cab to pick you up right at the villa. If we are heading out and you need a ride, we are more than happy to take you where you need to go.
