The location is perfect if you like to walk. I love to walk, so it was ideal for us. You are close to the beach, nightlife, and activities. It was very quiet at night and so peaceful looking out at the ocean. The bedroom and bathroom was quite large (nice and dark for sleeping). The kitchen had everything you needed to make whatever you would like (nice shaded large balcony). However, I don't like to spend my time cooking, I would rather eat at the local spots. The rooftop pool was nice and refreshing with amazing views! I would stay in the exact same condo when we come back to PVR.

Simply put, Wow! The condos at 353 Amapas could not have been better. The condo itself was fully furnished and appeared just as advertised. Nice finishes. Great view from the balcony and of course the gem rooftop infinity pool. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit 201. Elevator died once during our stay and wow there are quite a few stairs, but all is well and the staff were easy to contact through WhatsApp. We highly recommend this place for your stay. It is priced right, and withing walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars, and the corner stores. We liked this better than Now Amber. The roads in this area are cobblestone and a little "hilly", so if you do have any mobility issues take that into consideration.

Divino apartamento en una zona muy linda con fácil acceso a la playa, restaurantes y a tan solo 10 min del malecón. La terraza es espectacular con su alberca y vista al mar. Alejandro nos trató muy bien y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para nuestra estadía. Definitivamente volveremos a quedarnos con ustedes.

The condo was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Far enough away from busy Malecon for enough quiet to hear the surf but not too far for easy walking all over no need for a cab or Uber. Best sunset viewing ever from the living room or the rooftop terrace. Denis was receptive and quick to response to requests. If I’m ever back in PV I’d definitely stay here again!

Amapas 353 ( unit 201) building is a unique place for your vacation . This building with only 21 units is located in one of the best part of town . You can either take a quick stroll to the beach or in town within minutes ! The amenities of this building are perfect ! Beautiful rooftop pool with long chairs and umbrellas . You feel like your in a private resort . It’s not crowded at all . There’s is a BBQ for all guest to use along with a lounge area. There is a nice gym as well Located on the first floor with good equipment Now let me invite you to my suite .... The moment I opened the door it felt like paradise . The elegant condo should be profile in a high end decor magazine . The luxurious bedroom with its king size plush linen bed is calling you for a well rested sleep . One of the most comfortable mattress I slept in ! The linen curtain along with their blackouts blinds are a nice extra touch for the guest The beautiful furniture is simply nice to look at . The kitchen and living room are equally splendid . The dinning room table is unique and made a special piece . The only way you will discover it will be by booking your stay at this condo ! The living room with beautiful and refine Furniture makes you feel special . The owner did a splendid job with the decor ! Once you will sit comfortably on the sofa you will be able to look at beautiful sunsets every single night and right in the comfort of this condo . The view is spectacular and you will pinch yourself a few times to see if this is dream or reality A amazing place for your next vacation rental

From start to finish, this was a wonderful place to call home for the 8 nights of our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. While the walk up the hill was a bit challenging initially, it balanced out all the wonderful food and drink that was so close by. The owner and management company were quick to response to any/all questions.

This gorgeous condo south of the Zona Romantica has stunning views of the bay, gorgeous natural and designed lighting. The decor is done with great attention to detail and comfort. It's well furnished including fully stocked kitchen.

The condo was exactly as advertised with high end cutlery and cooking utensils. It was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Since the condo is on the second floor, (there is parking, gym and utility areas below which makes it about 6 floors above the Amapas street) we had enough breezes without needing the AC. The ceiling fans helped a lot too. This is an adult only condo. The roof garden has a heated pool with a shaded sitting area with wet bar and stools as well as comfortable sofas, and is well maintained. There are two entrances, one off the lower street with quite a bit of a hill the other main entrance is on a highway with a small walking path that leads to a Subway eatery. Take a left turn and use the funicular down the hill and you are right downtown. The beach is not visible from the location,it is about a 15 min. walk downhill. Try out the Saturday market! Denis is a very affable owner who responds to emails pronto.

This condo is on the south side of the Romantic Zone, a short distance from the pier. The unit itself was first rate, very clean. It has a water view, although buildings in front prevent it from having a beach view. It is a short walk to downtown. Walking back to our condo from downtown is uphill and may be uncomfortable if you aren't in moderately decent shape. We highly recommend staying downtown in preference to the hotel zone.

Our rental was just as lovely as it appeared online and had everything we needed. We were so comfortable there, we didn't even bother to do the typical tourist side trips we had planned to do. We just enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean from our balcony, ate at the many restaurants along the Malecon, lounged around the pool, caught up on our sleep and our reading and generally just enjoyed being together....all things that we don't get to do very often back in Wisconsin. Returned home completely relaxed!
