The place has air conditioning in rooms and living-dining area and kitchen; in the living room there is a 55' Smart TV Samsung and high-speed Wi-Fi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed, for example Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc ...This department is shared with you entirely, we wish you to enjoy how comfortable it is and how close it is to everywhere due to its central location. Regarding the availability for you to use common areas in the complex, you can access the deck area on the first floor and enjoy the sun loungers; the pool; the jacuzzi as well as the gym facilities and bathrooms in the common areas as long as each of these are available; however, keep in mind that such areas ARE NOT UNDER OUR ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL, therefore, we DO NOT INCLUDED THEIR USE IN THE RATE; anyway, you can use them AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The grill in the area of the deck has a use on request directly to the administration of the complex and with an additional charge for its cleaning. We have parking space for a car, let me know in case you’d need it. The use of common areas is regulated by the regulations of the condominium, so you must take into account that access is not allowed to people who are not registered, and in general terms, maintain good order.Due to the schedules of my profession it will possibly be difficult for me to get to know you personally, however you can contact me through the chat on this platform or email. You can always count on the support of a good friend of mine as a co-host who lives nearby, who will provide you personal assistance If itis required for maintenance or any unforeseen issues, and also when checking out. I will share with him the details of your reservation and contact and we will have a communication that has worked very well for us. On the other hand, I usually visit the facilities and I am aware of what happens in a short time.The environment around our complex is urban, we are located right in front of the sea next to the seaport and the nearest beach is Playa de Oro which is about 600 meters away and is freely accessible. In front of one side of our building are Walmart and Sam's club, which in turn have a fixed area of taxis and also on this corner are the bus stops for local rides and also bus stop for trips to Sayulita, San Pancho, etc. The Galerías Vallarta mall is 300 meters away and houses shops, cinemas, a casino, restaurants and a gym. A 5 minute drive away from this point is the Marina Vallarta area with golf courses, yacht pier, recreation and consumption centers such as Plaza Neptuno and Nima Shops, plus the entire commercial area around the yachts. The airport is 10 minutes away by car and the foreign bus station is 5 more minutes away from there. In the opposit direction 5 minutes away are shopping centers such as Peninsula; La Isla; and gastronomic centers such as Gastronomik by Península, the Foodpark and the restaurant nucleus in front of La Isla. The best nightclubs are located along our avenue, so only a few minutes away by car. The Malecón and Guadalupe Church are only 15 minutes away by car. From the seaport you can take boats to different attractive spots in the bay such as Islas Marietas, Quimixto or Yelapa, or any boat to go fishing, diving, snorkeling or boat party.As mentioned above, the place is centrally located and with easy access to means of transport, whether urban bus, taxi and UBER, although with restrictions still to pick up passengers at the airport because it is an area exclusively licensed to federal taxis. The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico the electric power has a very high price so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population can not afford, following these indications you will almost certainly have no extra charge. It is not allowed to have guests, visitors, parties. Any kind of smoke odor in the unit is not allowed. If you’d like to bring a pet, must need to consult me in advanced. Do not hang things on the patio rail. Take the garbage bag tied and throw it through the garbage duct located at the stairway rest. When the AC is turned on, make sure to keep all doors/windows perfectly closed all the time. Follow community rules as directed

Great experience!
The location was very convenient for groceries, street tacos, bank transfer pick up, and boat tours. My family likes to tour all day and just use the hotel for sleeping. Being able to cross the street to catch our boats was awesome! Also great street tacos next door! And the Walmart came in handy for my toddler's needs. The owner has two helpers, I didn't need any maintenence while i was there, so i only interacted with Andrea. She was very responsive and gives you long detailed explanations. A lot to read but very informative! Which i appreciated. The place was Super clean and beautiful! I loved it! It included everything in kitchen and bath. No washer or dryer but there is a laundromat next door. My only complaint was the electric notice. I read the entire ad before reservation and didn't see anything about the limited electricity. It's not that expensive to go over but it is concerning that the picture of the meter was not sent to me until after the cleaning ladies did their job. Which makes me think i paid for their electricity too. You get a picture right before check in time, and another hours after you check out. They told me the cleaning ladies would be there at 11, i didn't get the picture till close to 1pm I was over $30+ dollars of electricity at the end of the week. Again, not super expensive but still inconvenient to find out after reservation and also not being able to see the meter before I checked out.

It was a GREAT TIME
The location could no be beat but like so many others so many things lacking for cooking etc. I found the place noisy and the pool was so cold all the time you could barely use it this was very unfortunate as not being on the beach its all you had I swear my ice water in the fridge was warmer. The place is becoming in need of repair.. Sandra property manager and her team Andrea and Ramzy were over the top awesome so accommodating. this property had no reflection on them what so ever. I would not stay at this property again. Cheers

Pour un court séjour et non pas 6 semaines
Endroit assez confortable mais pas si luxueux que cela. Très bruyant puisque la route de 10 voix d'autos passe devant la terrasse (donc pollution sonore et chimique) Par contre, bien situé pour le transport. Au 2e étage, coucher de soleil en partie caché par un bâtiment en construction. BON SEULEMENT POUR UNE COURTE DURE. En plus pas de TV, seulement Netflix, etc. etc. payant. Même pas de bulletin de nouvelles à un poste Mexicain

Puerto Vallarta 2018
Great communication and great location close to walmart and excellent sunset view. It was perfect for my family and I. Everything we needed was provided we definitely recommend it. Host Hilda was very nice. Thank you Hilda for the great attention and providing all the necessities we needed.

Deluxe Condo
Sandra, Hilda and Jose were excellent hosts. Communication was prompt and easy. The condo location is perfect next door to Walmart, Sam's Club and the beach. Unfortunately the pool deck was undergoing repairs during our stay limiting pool use. I believe at the condo price point laundry facilities should be included for long term stays.

Une location fort appréciée.
Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans notre condo. Très grand, propre, très lumineux. La piscine , la plage très proche, le Walmart à proximité......tout à été grandement apprécié. Si j'y retournais, je penserais à louer à la même place.
