This nice 2Bedroom & 2Bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Old Town (Zona Romantica) 3 flat blocks to the popular beach Playa los Muertos and the famous Malecon. It is centrally located and convenient walking distance to everything. Just one block from restaurant row and galeries - on Basillio Badillio, and only one block from the local area supermarket, 3 blocks to river museum and market area. This clean and comfortable 2BR 2BA includes: air conditioning, (mini splits) cable television, WIFI Internet, seiling fans, and is furnished with high quality furniture and huge closets in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to include everything you will need for meal preparation and service; all appliances, utensils, pots/pans, etc are provided. Excellent Value and Great People
My daughter of 18 years, my girlfriend and I, really enjoyed our time in Vallarta. It was their first time to my third. This convenient location offers the adventurer to catch a bus a block away or take the early stroll along the Malecón. All the amenities are as advertised—comfortable beds, showers, and very functional kitchen. Alejandro is a wonderful host. This was a good find.

Old Town P. V. 2 bedroom
We had a great time in PV, especially staying in this place. It was right in the middle of Old Town. We could have coffee on the balcony and watch townspeople going about their business. Inside the apartment it was quiet, clean and fully stocked with a TV in each room. Alex, our host, lives upstairs with his family and was very helpful several times. He even arranged for an Uber driver to drive us around the countryside. We loved staying in the middle of town.

Second stay, just as nice.
We just returned from Puerto Vallarta where we stayed for our second time at this apartment. We love staying here. The place is very clean and cozy. It's in the middle of all the action, close to the Malecon, shopping, restaurants and nightlife but still very quiet and restful at night. We have already booked this apartment for next year!

Great Home away from home!
We just returned from a two week vacation in PV..We stayed at this great apartment and in no time we felt like it was our "home away home". It was very clean, close to everything. Just a short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants. Prices are very reasonable so we shopped a lot. Alex is a very good landlord. He provided us with purified water and maid service once a week (excellent service). We really enjoyed watching him interact with his two lovely children, he's a great family man and by the way he also runs the laundry service. Of course we took advantage of this service...very reasonable. Thank you for everything Alex...we hope to stay with you again some day!

Great place in Old Town,PV
We stayed here from Jan 29th until the end of March/2017..Great location,with everything within a couple of blocks and the beach was only 3 blocks away.The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed..New appliances,hot showers etc..Alex,our landlord was very helpful and friendly..Thanks again Alex and we hope to see you in the future..

Great place and service
The place was very roomy and beautiful! Our host was perfect, Alex helped us with any inquiries we had and recommend great places to eat and visit. The location of the apt is perfect! close to the center town and restaurants. The bus stop is at the cross block as well as the taxi station. Accross from it they sell some delicious barbacoa tacos. I will 100% recomend this apartment.

Very friendly owners that were helpful in any advice I needed and offers a nice,clean,comfortable, apartmentment in city. I travel a bit and I would recommend to anyone looking for accommadations on a budget.

This was our second time returning to the apartment. We were completely satisfied as we have been in the past. The location is great as is the apartment. You are in walking distance to all the charming parts of Vallarta and will be treated very nicely by Alex.

Perfect!
As other reviewers have said, this is the perfect property to rent for short or long term visits to Vallarta. Clean, comfortable, homey, relaxing and convenient. We were there with 2 teenage daughters and were left wanting for nothing. Alex is accommodating and gracious and always there if you need him. Fabulous authentic Mexican street food right out front, a laundromat on the lower floor, grocery stores within a block and restaurants in every direction. The location is so good you have no need to rent a car. A $350 peso taxi fare from the airport and a good pair of walking shoes is all you'll need until it's time to leave. We are happy to have met Alex and can't wait for our next opportunity to stay at his property again next year.

We are located on a nice area, 3 flat blocks lo los muertos beach and the new malecon, if you like farmest market it takes places on Lazaro Cardenas square which is also 3 flat blocks, or Basilio Badillo restaurant and art galleries. Nacho´s Daddys, Los muertos Brewing, Freddys tucan, are one of the favorites and are just steps away!
