Location was perfect. Close to everything you need. The condo was nice, clean and ready for us when we got there. Beach is awesome...they do a good job of keeping the peddlers away...but sometimes it good to buy things from the locals.

Nice place! Wonderful views of the ocean and marina. Nice wrap around balcony. Can watch dolfins, whales, and cruise ships come and go. Close to the Soriana, Walmart and Sams Club. Nice appliances, very comfortable king bed! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay :) Lou was a pleasure to work with!

My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.

Well we arrived at 9 Wed. nite and our agent Shantel was there to meet us, took us up and opened the door, went in and WOW, we were in love. The views were great, location great. The condo had everything needed, except for a toaster. The places we stayed had one and is nice for breakfast. We have a few concerns, there is only one key which meant leaving door unlocked if i was of went out and one stayed or we would have to lock the other person in, need the key to lock and unlock. Shantel contacted the owners agent and it took 4 days for the owners agent to contact me, his agent said we will get you a key in a few days, well 28 days later it was time to leave and still only one key. Another concern was the elevator, one you need a code but you can take the service elevator and go right to your floor. Would i rent again, yes. But only from my agent.

This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta, and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations at Vallarta Icon were wonderful - breath taking views, lovely staff, great food and so relaxing. The weather was perfect everyday, 80 and sunny with ideal cool evenings. The condo was outstanding - all the comforts of home - it made our stay completly seemless. Having many resturants and grocery options in walking distance was a real plus. We will be back. Thank you!
