There is no greater location then Casa Bonita if you want to experience the local Downtown Historic location of Mazatlan. One block away from the Beach, walking distance to several restaurants, and exercise run to the lighthouse. The house itself is exceptionally clean and spacious. The owner, on-site manager and cleaning lady are very professional Thank you. Will definitely plan another stay at Casa Bonita.

Casa Bonita is a great house in the perfect location. A block from the beach, and only a couple minutes walk to Plaza Machado. Tons of restaurants nearby, and no shortage of things to do within walking distance. Clean accommodations and all the things you need to stay safe during COVID are provided for you. The on-site manager is so friendly and helpful. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home is clean, spacious and comfortable with a nice size pool. The location is a block from the beach and walking distance to all the great restaurants in the historical district. Not to mention how helpful the caretaker is answering questions and helping with whatever we needed. My family and I plan on booking the Casa Bonita next time we are in Mazatlan.

From the swimming pool, the surrounding garden, the spacious historic house itself to the helpfulness of both the resident manager and the owner, our group of seniors could not have been more pleased with our stay at Casa Bonita. Yes, we would love to come back!

It is difficult to know where to start as everything was so amazing. The house itself made us feel like we were in a villa. Having en suites in 5 of the 6 bedrooms was very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and having two full sized fridges made it easy when there were 10 of us. We did cook at the house as we were there for a month. The pool area is a real oasis and refuge when you just want to read or have quiet. Maritza, the on site manager was extremely helpful and always there for us. Katay ( cleaning woman) is lovely. And we really enjoyed when she brought her two sons so we could play bingo! It is literally a two minute walk to Malecon and beach, and everything else is very walkable. We went to the golden zone a couple of times to see a band, cheap and easy to take a green bus. Chris is always readily available by email, and the booking, paying of deposit and arrival was super easy. We all loved our Mazatlan experience and a big part of that was the house. I can not say enough about how great it was. Tried to book it for next February but it was already booked. So we have it booked for February of 2022! Good value for the money. It is like renting your own private hotel!

Loved everything about the house. Owner and manager were very helpful and kind. When in doubt, the owner responded to email very promptly. And the manager was also on sight to answer any questions during our stay. Thank you Chris and Maritza.

This was our 2nd time staying at Casa Bonita and after a week of fun we can safely say that our entire group can’t wait to go back again next year! Spacious, breezy common areas and the best private pool in Maz makes Casa Bonita the perfect group or large family destination. Throw in the short walk to the malecon and plaza machado and you’ll never want to stay anywhere else.

Nos gustó mucho Casa Bonita. La casa esta situada en viejo Mazatán-Olas Altas, esta parte de Mazatlán es muy bonita, inclusive me gusta mas esta parte del malecón. Esta a solo una cuadra de la playa olas altas, lo cual es buenísimo a la hora de buscar taxis, camiones, pulmonías, etc... La casa esta grande, perfecta para familias numerosas, tiene todo lo que uno puede esperar: Aire acondicionado, TV, utensilios de cocina, refrigerador, y el WIFI es muy bueno. Lo mejor claro esta, es la alberca, con agua templada y limpia, amplio patio para estar todo un día ahí si se requiere. Gracias a Chris por todas las atenciones. Thank You Chris for everything, we definitely stay at Casa Bonita again.

This was a perfect rental for our big group.The rooms are clean, large and private. An excellent kitchen for cooking up a big meal or just whipping up some Guacamole to enjoy poolside. The quiet pool was our groups gathering spot for early morning coffee, sunbathing, dining, and pretty much day long chilling. Quick walk to a quiet beach, old town squares and restaurants, walked across the street a couple of nights to view the sunset from the roof of the Freeman Hotel, another couple of evenings just hit the Malecon, just a few steps away. So close to the hike up the lighthouse hill at the south of Mazatlan. A must is fish tacos for breakfast, just around the corner from Casa Bonita, Chris will point you in the right direction!
