Our beautiful beachfront condo is 1st floor unit in the Paraiso Costa Bonita owners resort. 1,955 sq ft of enclosed living space PLUS 1006 sq feet of terraces. This 10 acres gated condominium resort is located on the northern-shore área. Adjacent to the Torres Mazatlan Hotel in Cerritos Avenue.
Our spacious condo´s floorplan has open and bright design with high ceilings, extensive windows and views from every room. Our designer furniture and decor is modern, custom made and of authentic mexican marble and wood. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. There are flat-screen tv´s, DVD players and satellite english tv programs. All three bedrooms have comfortable beds and mattresses providing plenty of space and privacy for up to 3 couples.

Rates based on a 2 persons staying. There is a recovery fee of $50 usd per person for the first 14 days and $1 per person per day regardless of age or length of stay. This is a requirement of the homeowners association.
Rates include tax and capped energy.
Base rate includes electricity up to capped amount: $160 per month.
