This gîte has a kitchen equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, a dining table and chairs. A washing machine is available in the pool-house room. The living room gives you a comfortable seating area with a TV and leads directly to your own terrace with table and chairs. Sun-loungers are also available on the pool terrace. There is an en-suite shower room with sink and toilet. What's provided: All Bedding, Bathroom and Pool Towels, Water and Electricity, linen change and end of rental clean. This spacious studio gîte is on the ground floor. There is a double bed suitable for 2 adults and a double sofa bed in the same room can accommodate 1 or 2 small children. A private garden area is available for your use. The nearby villages have some wonderful restaurants, as well as our own village with the very popular La Bourian. Our lake on the other side of the village has steak & frites later in the week & at weekends, to enjoy in the lovely setting. Fresh pizza is popular from our village mini-market on Friday evenings. Relax with a glass of the local Malbec wine and some delicious cheese from our close by markets - Prayssac on Fridays and Cazals on Sunday morning. Enjoy! More

The property is absolutely gorgeous - gardens and accommodation. The gardens are well maintained and enjoyable. The Cornflower stay was tidy and clean and very comfortable. About the neighborhood
Frayssinet Le Gelat sits very conveniently on the crossroads of the D673 and the D660 being two main cross country routes. The D660 leads up to Bergerac and the airport there and also down to Cahors where you can get the train straight to Paris or Barcelona.. The D673 heading east takes you to one of the main north-south motorways (toll) less than 1 hours drive.The village has 2 bars, a pizza restaurant, a lake side bar and restaurant serving steak or moules et frites in the summer, a superb boulangerie, a mini supermarket which doubles as a local post office and a library.
