Our property is in a semi rural location one mile from Billingshurst which has a mainline station. It is an annex attached to our house providing three double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, and can be booked as single rooms or the entire annex for groups of four or more. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful lounge and south facing balcony. All rooms have access to the breakfast room which provides a combination microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, kettle,toaster, coffee machine, table and chairs.
We are in an ideal location for exploring West Sussex, close to the South Downs, many beautiful market towns and national trust properties. The coast is half an hour away by car, Gatwick airport is about the same.

About the neighborhood
We are in a semi rural location overlooking fields one mile from Billingshurst which has a mainline station. You will need a car to get you to areas of interest which include national trust houses (Petworth, Nymans and Wakehurst Place), Parham House, Arundel Castle, Cathedral and wildfowl trust, historic market towns (Horsham, Steyning, Midhurst). There are theatres and retail therapy at Guildford, Brighton and Chichester. The coast is a half hour drive, the South Downs are a 10 minute drive. For walkers and cyclists there is the South Downs Way and the Downs Link. Other places of interest Blue Bell railway, Amberley Chalk Pits working museum, Weald and Downland open air museum, Bignor Roman Villa and the Wey and Arun Canal.
Getting around
The mainline station is a mile away with good links to London and plenty of parking . We may be available to drop you at the station. A car is the easiest way to explore the many historical market towns, national trust properties and the coast.
