Luxury studio apartments with communal swimming pool. Furnished to the highest standard they offer everything necessary to complete a home from home stay. Located just a few meters from the quiet beach of Pogonia these apartments are an ideal vacation choice.
Upper level studio apartment. Aesthetically pleasing and conveniently located next to the sea.
The main studio area has an extremely comfortable queen size Coco-mat bed with bedside tables and soft reading lights. Plenty of storage space is provided, along with a flat screen T.V and WiFi.
The bathroom has a very spacious walk-in rain shower, W.C and basin. Wooden shelving offers room for toiletries and towels.
The studio has its own outdoor sheltered patio with chairs and table.
Guests have access to the communal swimming poo...

Very nice place!
Unfortunately, there is no kitchen.
But everything else, location, pool, clean, beds, internet connection... is perfect!

About the neighborhood
Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas, cafe and a bakery are within walking distance.
At Paleros town at 4km from the studio there are supermarkets, bank ATM's, car, bike & boat rentals, several tavernas, cafe, bars and in general nightlife.
There is also a modern beach bar & restaurant, Yacht Club Paleros, http://******/ with teak sunbeds, wood oven pizzas and very nice local food, nice cocktails, ice cream from fresh milk and usually our clients spent there a lot of time.
It is strategically located making it ideal for short excursions to the adjacent island of Lefkada, separated from the mainland by a floating bridge just 50m long. Preveza, Parga and many other places can also be reached easily by car offering wonderful destinations for daily excursions.
There is a fantastic private day trip with a rib boat around the islands http://****************/, both of which we highly recommend. This can be booked with us.
