The Beach Front House of My Dreams
The house is perched on the most pristine piece of beach you could imagine. This location is 10 stars!!!! The sunrise views from the house are incredible. The house itself is perfect. Pristine, perfectly designed with winged bedrooms and bright white marble bathrooms and a huge gorgeous kitchen perfect for entertaining. The outside shower might be the best shower I've ever had, thoughtfully built into the lush landscape with endless views of the beach and ocean. Can't wait to visit again!

Picture Perfect
Stunning ocean views and a beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. Only one flight of stairs surrounded in lush tropical foliage came between us and the silky white sand beach below. Third Reef thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Between spectacular meals at local restaurants we even managed a jigsaw puzzle while listening to the sounds of crashing waves- heaven!

Your Very Own Slice of Paradise
There nothing better for the soul than to be able to sit on the veranda at Third Reef and watch the sunrise and sunset! Located on the ocean side of Harbour Island, a beach with the whitest sand and water in multiple colours of blue is right outside your doorstep. The house is spacious with all the amenities you would need. Minutes away from town so you can easily enjoy all of Harbour Island bars, restaurants and attractions. I cannot wait to go back.

A welcome break from the world
Step through the front door and enter vacation paradise; your elegant retreat perched above the turquoise sea. Third Reef is quiet and secluded with direct beach access, gorgeous decks and a spacious interior for lounging and socializing. The owners have thoughtfully provided all the amenities for a relaxing and pleasant stay right down to the citrus press for volume mojito production because the piggly wiggly is good for limes and mint and the rum flows, but there are no bar tools to be had on the island! Our every need was looked after by Spencer, the local property manager. Golf cart rental a must and super fun! We thoroughly enjoyed zipping around the island to the many restaurants and attractions and it's a forgiving way to learn driving on the left side. Third Reef delivers the ultimate island getaway- we can't get back there soon enough!

Stunning Ocean Vistas
I had the pleasure of booking Third Reef for a long weekend reunion with old college friends. Third Reef's interiors are comfortable and stylish, with ample space and amenities in all the right places, but it's the villa's expansive deck and world class beach frontage that make this home truly special. Our group spent hours outside, napping, reading and talking on the comfortable sofas, loungers and chairs thoughtfully placed around the property. Third Reef offers its guests a magical escape from reality and the very best of Harbour Island.

Sublime home with mesmerising views and sea - a magical place!
An elegant house perched above a private stretch of beach. The glorious view of the sea opens up as soon as you open the front doors! The bedrooms are graciously decorated and the bathrooms looked to be recently redone, with fresh, clean, elegant design. The main terrace is a beautiful place to relax, read, have a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the view - while I loved doing my morning yoga on the side terrace, under a sunrise or sunset. The house manages to delicately combine both elegance and coziness, and is also well appointed throughout. Would definitely come back - with a great group of friends, or with family! A perfect stay!

Simply wonderful!
This is the perfect beach house - big and spacious, with a huge deck for grilling, reading, laying around, sunrise and sunset-gazing. It's full of toys, books and things to do and is minutes from town and seconds to the AMAZING white sand beach that will feel like it's yours alone. You couldn't ask for more. We had an amazing time here and will for sure go back. Thank you, guys!!

Lovely home in a beautiful, peaceful and private location.
The location is amazing. The beach is gorgeous. When you walk in the front door of this well cared for home, you enter a large kitchen and den that open up to a covered deck and incredible views of the ocean. It really is spectacular. The home has a really nice layout for maximizing the ocean views and creating space for everyone to spread out and enjoy all of the natural beauty of the location. The house is light and clean. I will definitely go back. Very special place.

Absolutely Breathtaking!
If you are looking for the ultimate getaway, Third Reef is the place. A birthday celebration vacation brought us to Third Reef and we had the best week. The home is well appointed and uncluttered. Updated bathrooms are clean. Kitchen flows well into dining and living room space making gathering with friends and family ideal. Deck overlooking beach has plenty of comfortable seating, lounging and dining opportunities. A huge, palm thatched umbrella is right on the beach to enjoy, with lounge chairs to boot ... my favorite place to watch the sunrise! If you are going to Harbour Island, I highly recommend staying at Third Reef.

Spectacular!
The view alone makes this place spectacular. Imagine being on the patio and looking out to this vast view of the blue water. It almost felt like a private beach with it's own stairs down to the sand. When you get down to the sand there is a permanent umbrella and a couple lounge chairs. I must've said "this is amazing" 100 times while we were there because the view is so incredible. The back patio is really spacious and comfortable like an outdoor living room. The inside is well decorated and comfortable. The master is on one side and the other guest rooms on the other so it's perfect for a family or groups of adults because there is some privacy. You can really enjoy the view from inside the house as well. Nice linens too! I can't wait to go back!
