We do have neighbors enjoying their vacations and year round residents as well on the property. Please refrain from playing loud music past 10pm and loud noises.
Large parties in the unit are not allowed.
We wanted a clean, pet-free (aka allergy-free) place to stay on the beach, and this condo fit the bill perfectly! It's only a 2-3 minute stroll to the water.
Even though it was just the two of us, having two showers was very helpful in speeding up the process of getting ready for dinner. The closet system is very spacious and having a washer/dryer in the unit was convenient.
The check-in process was seamless... we shot Lisa a text when leaving the airport; she was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around and give us helpful advice about the beach and great dinner spots. (Speaking of dinner... try XO Bistro in Red Hook!)
Sapphire Beach is gorgeous, has some good snorkeling, and nice (free) beach chairs for the condo folks to use! There is a cafe next door in the hotel that serves breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, coffee, lattes, etc. They also have live music on Sunday evenings.
We had a wonderful week exploring St. Thomas and St. John. We plan to come back and will stay here again!

Stranded, abandoned, and mocked.
Picture this-Two sexagenarians standing outside a locked gate for an hour and half waiting as directed for the property manager. No show.
Challenge #2-Address provided gets you to a locked gate and directs you to Villa Nautilus.
Challenge #3-No one coming to and from the gates had knowledge of a Villa Nautilus.
Challenge #4-The folks at the office for the condominiums couldn’t let us use their phone and our Verizon phones didn’t work.
While trying to flag down a taxi to take us back to the airport a nice couple from New Jersey could see we were in distress and came to our rescue. Using their ATT cell phone, we were able to get the Property manage on the phone. It was then we found out that our condo had a number and not a name. This was how we spent my birthday.
Challenge #5-The straw that broke the camel’s back. The property manager told us she would meet us the next day at 10:00 am. We waited until 2:00pm! No show. Note- This condo does not have a phone and it would be several more days until we had our phones working. This was our anniversary.
The condo itself was beautifully decorated but my husband had several significant issues that significantly limited our comfort.
- Gas stove is in need of significant repair/ two of the five burners were unusable.
-Exhaust hood vents directly into kitchen and not outside.
-Both master and guest bath sink faucets are not anchored to the sinks and are loose.
-Smoke detector has been removed from premises but foundation/mount remains. Suspect this was solution to the exhaust vent issue.
-Provided BBQ was home to a colony of party ants, we now these were party ants because of all the cigarette buts and bear tops they were hording.
The beach was beautiful and the folks that worked it were incredibly helpful. They helped us get our phones working, provided guidance for getting around the island, dealing with the taxis, restaurants ,and tour ideas.

Beautiful Beachfront Location
Steve was the perfect host making sure our trip was wonderful!! Awesome beachfront location. The condo is very clean with upgrades throughout. Very quite location for those looking for somewhere to relax and unwind with plenty of activity further down the beach. Snorkeling, paddle boards, and other beach activities are just a few steps away. Highly Recommend!!

Look no further for your future USVI Villa rental!
Villa Nautilus has a location and view that is hard to beat. Located on the beach with a very popular local bar just steps away (Sapphire beach bar) it cant be beat. The Villa has been beautifully refurbished with modern assets such as Alexa, a sound system, high speed wifi, and as comfortable as can be.
Steve (Owner of the villa) was there for check in on property as well as check out. He is very knowledgable of the island and ended up setting our group up with several of the activities we participated in while on the island.
Book this and put all your worries aside :)

Perfect location, beautiful condo, great amenities
This place was great. I've stayed a few places on St Thomas and even saw other condos in the same complex and they do not compare by a long shot. It's totally updated, very comfortable, has a great kitchen, access to movie/TV streaming services, and of course you can't beat the location--just a quick walk to the beach. We really appreciated the second bathroom which we could use while our toddler napped. We were in town for a wedding and the bride ended up using the condo for her "getting ready" pictures because it was so beautiful.

Awesome Experience
Great location, very accommodating, super friendly staff! Lisa was quick to reply and helpful in any way possible. Big, clean space on a beautiful beach. Looking to go back and stay here in the near future.

Amazing!
From the first step into the front door, we were amazed. Immaculately laid out with every amenitiy you could ask for. Just steps from the white sand and beautiful blue water. Property manager Lisa went out of her way to explain how everything worked and went above for us when we had a flight delay. Words can’t describe how much fun we had from visiting neighboring islands to breathtaking beaches to off shore fishing. Looking forward to returning again with the whole family. Thanks guys! Great Job!

Incredibly Awsome Island Get-Away
At Villa Nautilus you feel like you’ve stepped into a genuine island retreat. Beautiful views, cool breezes, friendly locals, great amenities made for a wonderful week to celebrate my husband birthday. The condo was tastefully decorated in “island themed” decor and the beach is right at your doorstep. Steve is an excellent host and his property manager Lisa will make sure your stay is memorable.

Luxe Condo for an Incredible NYE
Stayed at this gorgeous condo during my NYE stay in the VI! Had the pleasure of staying here for two days during my vacation before we moved to the condo downstairs (see my review of Nautilus' sister property, Casa Azul at Crystal Cove.)
This condo is recently renovated and absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was provided, and it was such an easy process checking in and out.
Deco and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable- awesome master, very spacious with work space when I needed to get a couple emails out before the holiday. En suite bathroom was nicely appointed, in fact both bathrooms have full showers, great water pressure, and body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided!
Kitchen was fully stocked with serve and cookware, awesome upgraded appliances- had everything we needed- they really thought of everything.
Very spacious living and dining area, super comfy. Both couches pull out and there were more than enough extra linens and pillows.
The owners and property manager were a joy! They even went over the top and provided us with great recommendations so we were able to easily explore the islands.
The beach is right down the sidewalk, and awesome for swimming, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun when we wanted to stay on St Thomas. There is a new beach bar with yummy food and drinks- a wonderful addition!
Market, restaurants and bars are a quick mile down the street which was super convenient!
Highly Recommended!- We are already planning our next visit :)

About the neighborhood
Crystal Cove is located on the east end of St Thomas, near the small 'town' of Red Hook, just a mile from the gates where you can enjoy numerous award winning restaurants and bars. If you are feeling adventurous, the passenger and car ferries to St John are located in Redhook as well and deliver you to the white sand beaches of the more quaint virgin isle, St John. Redhook also offers great shopping, day charter boat tours to the BVIs, fishing excursions for big game fish, and diving tours for those seeking some more fun and sun while visiting. There are also 4 amazing beaches nearby. The property sits on Sapphire Beach, but famous Lyndquist Beach is only .5 miles west, and there is Secret Harbor just on the other side of Redhook about 5 minutes away.
Getting around
We recommend that our guests rent a car for their stay, in the long run it is the most cost effective method of transport around the island. We can offer our guests a 10% discount for car rentals booked through our friends at Budget STT.
If you cant be bothered to drive on the LEFT hand side on your vacation, we don't blame you. There are numerous taxi services on the island and the $1 Safari bus stops just outside the gates of the property and goes directly into Redhook.

How to get there
Upon arrival at the airport guests can take a taxi to the villa or rent a car. A car rental is highly recommended and will be more cost effective over the course of your stay. We even have a 10% discount negotiated with Budget of St Thomas. Having your own vehicle will provide more freedom and driving on the LEFT HAND side of the road is only weird for the first few minutes ;)
For those not looking for the excitement of driving on roads over dormant volcanic hills, we can suggest taking a taxi to the property, or we can have a taxi meet you at the airport for an additional fee.
