This condo is a home away from home nestled in a beautiful garden setting with a superb gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture that seats eight (8) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or to meet and greet and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or to meet and greet. At the time of booking Condo # 5, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests to occupy condo. With the cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the large living room and the dining room windows with the elegant Home Decorators Collection window blinds open and the efficient high-velocity circulation of cool Atlantic Ocean breeze by the Hunter ceiling fans, Colwin's Place condo # 5 has, at most times, constant cool Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the condo all year round keeping the condo very cool, especially during the summer months. Colwin's Place Condo # 5 has a queen bed that sleeps two (2) adult guests or one (1) adult guest and two (2) children guests, and a crib that sleeps a baby guest one-year-old or less. (Guests must request in advance to use the baby crib, baby high chair, baby changing mat, and baby tub as these items are not in the condo, but on the property). If there are extra guests, the nightly rate for each extra guest is $20.00 and the living room sectional sleeper sleeps 2 extra guests and the bunk bedroom bunk bed sleeps up to five (5) extra guests with both sleeping arrangements sleeping up to seven (7) extra guests. Colwin's Place Condo # 5 can accommodate up to ten (10) guests, but the nightly rate is for two (2) guests, and a baby one-year-old or less with all three (3) sleeping in a queen-sized bed and a crib. Colwin's Place may assist guests with recommendations for scuba diving, available watersports, dining out, horseback riding, car rental, taxi, and other tourist-related activities available on the island. Importantly, for guests who book a stay at Colwin's Place and wish for Colwin's Place to assist guests with on-island wedding plans, catering for weddings and honeymoons, Colwin's Place may assist if guests give Colwin's Place 3-6 months notice. When there are up to four (4) guests, guests must sleep first in the master bedroom queen bed and the living room sectional sleeper. When there are five (5) or more guests, guests must sleep first in the master bedroom queen bed and the bunk bedroom bunk bed, however, if there are up to ten (10) guests all sleeping arrangements are available for guests to use, including the master bedroom queen bed, bunk bedroom bunk bed, and living room sectional sleeper. Colwin's Place endeavors to protect the natural environment by employing the use of LED light bulbs for guests' benefit, large reusable dispensing bottles for guests to dispense body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, and guests free use of bicycles (bicycle use does not pollute the environment). Additionally, Colwin's Place has a PUR Plus water filter installed onto the kitchen faucet so guests may enjoy clean, crisp, and tasty filtered water to reduce guests' use and reliance on bottled water as plastic bottles are not good for the environment. Often Colwin's Place will employ other environmentally friendly practices to reduce Colwin's Place and its guests' carbon footprint on the natural environment and to save and protect it. Colwin's Place welcomes all guests, including Short/Midterm Guests, Business Guests, Digital Nomads, and guests with babies. Colwin's Place welcomes All Guests, including Short/Mid-term Guests, Business Guests, and Digital Nomads (Digital Nomads are guests who, with the help of technology, work from anywhere in the world) and Colwin's Place offers stays for up to twelve (12) months and a 23% discount on monthly condo rates. BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 5 NOW AND YOU WILL ENJOY RELATIVELY LOWER NIGHTLY RATES, (MUCH LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT) AND YOU MAY USE COLWIN'S PLACE FREE-TO-USE BICYCLES FOR A SHORT BICYCLE RIDE TO THE BEACHES WITH FREE-TO-USE BEACH UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOWELS. WHILST THE QUILT/BLANKET/COMFORTER IS TO KEEP GUESTS WARM DURING COLD NIGHTS, GUESTS MUST NEVER LAY ON THE QUILT/BLANKET/COMFORTER BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET STAINS AND DIRT FROM THE WHITE FABRIC. Colwin's Place Condo # 5 has one queen bed that sleeps 2 adult guests, and crib sleeps 1 baby guest one year old or less for the nightly condo rate. Extra guests sleep in the sectional sleeper and bunk bed and nightly rate is $15.00 for each extra guest. The maximum guests Condo # 5 may sleep is 10, incl. a baby 1 year or less.

How to get there

The Host may pick up to three (3) guests from the Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands Airport. However if guests rented/hired car or taxi, guests may take the Airport Road that leads onto Pond Street and guests may continue until guests reach the Clock Tower and exit onto Lighthouse Road. Whilst on Lighthouse Road and soon after guests pass the Crabtree Corner Park guests must continue on Lighthouse Road and exit off Lighthouse Road onto Breezy Brae Road and Colwins Place is the fourth exit off the Breezy Brae Road. Colwins Place welcomes all guests, including Short/Midterm Guests, Business Guests, Digital Nomads and guests with babies.
