This unusual nature lover’s villa is one of a kind on Nevis situated on 5 acres of prime real estate a minutes drive above the Four Seasons golf course in a neighborhood described as chic funky by Maaco magazine. The views all around it are spectacular especially of the ocean and St.Kitts. Aside from the views the property has beautiful plantings and its own little rain forest path. Palm trees grace the 5 acres along with mango, flamboyant, orchid, jacaranda trees and a variety of other beautiful and flowering plants Truly a nature lovers paradise with abundant animal life including many birds such as hummingbirds feeding on the flowering plants surrounding the pool; wild monkeys are prolific and there are 2 pet donkeys, 1 horse, a dog, and a parrot, which are in residence. Perfectly dreamy
We have never enjoyed a vacation home as much as we enjoyed Estate of Mind. Nevis is wonderful, laid-back and always our choice of Caribbean islands, and this villa makes a visit to Nevis perfect. The villa is lovingly, artistically -- gorgeously -- unique. It is comfortably furnished and funkily curated. From almost any room, the long, wide-open view across the gardens and the channel to St Kitts and beyond is mesmerizing. We spent many hours just being "at home" enjoying the light change and the hummingbirds' up close visits. Our gracious hosts were helpful and personable, the donkeys were adorable, as was the parrot (not usually in residence but loaned to us daily) and the scotty; the cat wanders through; none was obtrusive and interaction with any of them was completely optional. We stayed for a month and wish it were at least twice as long.

This place has a beautiful view, and super friendly owners
We are from Canada and we travel alot with a great couple from Ohio, we have done a number of islands and we are placing this place and the island very close to the top. The people on the island are very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We never felt that we anywhere that we couldn't ask for directions, suggestions, or help. Restarants are a little pricey but the food and service in everyone was super. We also couldn't get over how the owners of a place we were eating in tonight would suggest the restarant we should try tomorrow night.Try this place, you will love it.

beautiful location. lovely property. perfect caribbean holiday.
This is the second time we have stayed there, this time it was because we wanted to get married in Nevis. Sandy and Barbara were amazing, they organized everything from the wedding on the beach to the reception at the house. What a great time.

Wonderful
My wife and I along with our two teenage children visited Estate of Mind and had a fabulous time. Being nature lovers we really enjoyed the walks on the 5 acres, the waterfall,and the dramatic views. It is one of a kind on Nevis and would highly recommend it.

Once you have gone through customs your vacation has started. We can make all the arrangements for you to get to Nevis and the villa. Taxis, watertaxi and jeep rental will all be done for you. NO STRESS!!
However, there are 4 casual beach bars at the bottom of our road or the fancier Four Seasons restaurants, along with the different plantation inns and other restaurants.
