The unit has been decked out with a great entertainment system including a 60' flat screen television, sound system, fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. There is a second television in the guest room with a DVD player. We've also have a library of some family and children's DVDs.
The condo is located at the exquisite Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman.
The resort offers many great amenities. The west facing beach area is great for watching the sun set over the ocean. The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where a man-made rock wall form a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.
After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site '5 O'Clock Somewhere' restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow 'kiddie pool' area for families with young children and a hot tub.
Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.
Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way. I'm a local here so know all the best spots and activities to check out to make your stay more enjoyable.
My place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.
If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.
Finally we have two huffy style bikes available for your daily use. These are great for taking runs to the grocery store or venturing along seven mile beach.
The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.
There is also 24x7 security guards on premises and CCTV.

The Condo was great! It was not our first time staying at Sunset Cove but this was our first time staying in this condo. The condo offered all of the amenities of home. We lacked nothing. The view was amazing. The sunsets at night were spectacular. The Cove area was very clean and there were plenty of chairs to choose from. The pool area was the same, also clean and not crowded. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent vacation rental
My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in January. The place was excellent with up to date amenities and electronics. Bill was a wonderful host and stocked the place with everything we needed. Location is super convenient and the ocean views amazing. Can't wait to visit again.

amazing place, great location, perfect
we stayed here in July 2018 , family of 4. BIll was so helpful, and this enhanced our stay enormously. the condo is amazing, a home from home, kids loved ALexa ! fully equipped, my teenagers loved the pool complex, the little cove on the beach which is right on the door step, even saw some baby sharks! excellent location , 2 mins to local supermarket, 3 mins to town centre. would highly recommend, tks again and will be back!!!

Excellent Condo on the 7 Mile Beach
Awesome, modern condo with the best snorkeling just on the other side of the jetty. Close to 7 mike beach and all the action! Stay well connected with all the electromics and huge TV. Just ask Alexa!

Sunset Cove
Beautiful condo; Situated on 7 mile beach. As a first timer to Grand Cayman, the trip was booked solely on the condo as viewed online. We were not disappointed.
Bill Newton, owner, has equipped the condo with all the 'tech' savvy items you could want. Alexa {?} controls the fan, lights, etc. Huge TV made teens happy......
The hot tub, pool with swim up bar and grill are great. The rock protected cove with access to the open water allows for snorkeling on a nearby reef. The city buses run all day--you just flag one down--pay $2.50 US and they let you off at your destination.

Paradise FOUND
Gorgeous condo: clean, newly redecorated, complete kitchen with anything you could ever need, absolutely stunning inside. Very attentive and helpful owner. Property very nice and convenient to about everything thanks to cheap bus system. Pool recently redone and swim up bar a hit with everyone.We were there before the busy season which was perfect for us, though our teenagers wished there had been more kids their age. Thoroughly enjoyed the many water activities available and there was an abundance of places to eat. Highly recommend this island and this condo in particular!

Great Stay, nice Condo and location
Very Nice Condo on 3rd Fl. Bill the owner was very nice and very responsive to any questions. The condo has some very nice hi tech upgrades. Bill gives you 2 phones to use and a phone you can call the USA for no charge. The pool was just resurfaced and getting ready to open back up when we were there. We spent all our time in the cove and on trips to stingray city and the Sea Treck, both were great.
It was worth being on the 3rd floor just for the better view and high ceilings in the condo.

Fantastic Condo! Great location with all the amenities
Great condo with all the extras, just like home. Centrally located and a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. The unit was furnished very nicely with a large TV, washer and dryer, two cell phones for island use and a landline for free calling back the to the states. It even had Amazon's Alexa for music and controlling the lights plus a PC. The owner Bill was very accommodating making sure we had a great stay and we did. We will definitely be back!

Great beach condo
The condo was great! Bill (the owner) has a excellent unit on the beach, with a very good view of the ocean. The unit has everything he described and more, very clean and comfortable. Thanks Bill, we had a great vacation!

Fabulous Condo with Amazing views
My husband and I plus two friends stayed in this fabulous condo, the condo is beautifully set up with a everything you need and I mean everything, it was modern, clean with perfect views over the beach and swimming pool. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, snorkelling equipment, pool floats and noodles and every other amenity you could want plus more. The owner Bill was very attentive, we had an issue setting the safe and he was over in minutes to sort and a lovely guy to boot. Alexa was a hit, getting any music we wanted played just by asking.... Plus many things like lights are operated by asking too, we had lots of fun there.

The resort is also lovely, great location just outside George Town. We walked to the Kirks Market store, about a 15 mins walk, also Camana Bay, there are lots of restaurants close by too, Coconut Joes just across the road being a favourite for cooked breakfast, the pool was great, good size and clean with plenty of sun beds, a swim up bar which served good food and the bar staff were friendly, The cove off the beach was great for a swim and snorkel, and you can also walk around the the main seven mile beach via stepping stones. Fabulous.


We would stay here again in a heartbeat, can thoroughly recommend.
