Located at the exquisite Sunset Cove, this resort-style condo complex on the world-famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman offers many great amenities. The west-facing beach area is perfect for watching sunsets over the ocean. The soft white sands lead to a cove area, where a man-made rock wall forms a protective barrier, allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. Beyond the cove, a natural coral reef awaits adventurous snorkelers.
After a dip in the ocean, enjoy the large pool with a swim-up bar and the onsite "5 O'Clock Somewhere" restaurant. The pool area features a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a kiddie pool for young children, and a hot tub.
Other onsite facilities include a BBQ area and plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Ideally situated on Seven Mile Beach, our condo is within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators, dive shops, and, of course, the beach.
For further exploration, you can rent a car, hail a taxi right from our doorstep, or use public transportation on West Bay Road, which runs along the Seven Mile Beach strip. Most organized tours offer door-to-door transportation.
Our condo features a keyless entry system, programmed with a unique code for your stay, eliminating the need to carry keys. For your safety, 24x7 security guards and CCTV are in place.

This is our second time staying in this condo. Again, it did not disappoint! The location is great. It’s located on 7 mile beach and within walking distance to Georgetown. There’s also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. When, we arrived, Bill came over to welcome us and give us a tutorial of the condo. It was nice knowing if we had any problems, he was nearby.

Great Family Beach Condo
The location is great. It’s just steps from the beach. When we arrived, Bill came over to welcome us and give us a tutorial of the condo. The kitchen was fully furnished and the TV’s were set up with Netflix and cable. Included were beach towels as well as a computer and cell phone to use while we were on island. The condo is located right on 7 mile beach and so many restaurants are within walking distance or if you prefer, taxis and busses are available. It was about a 20 minute walk to the downtown port area. Kirk Market was only about a 10-15 minute walk and they gladly called us a taxi to get back to the condo.
Bill told us housekeeping would be there around mid week. She came and straightened up and brought fresh towels. The only complaint is that we were only allotted 4 washcloths for the whole 8 days for a family of four. More would have been nice but obviously that didn’t ruin our stay and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Condominium and Beach
Our family loved our stay at Sunset Cove Condominium #317! Wonderful accommodations, updated contemporary interior and located in a perfect area of Seven Mile Beach. We took morning walks on the beach following the fun and adventurous rock walk path. We really enjoyed the private beach, clear warm water and awesome snorkeling right off the beach. We were able to see turtles, sting rays, lobsters and many species of fish. Fun for all in our family of four (two teenagers).

Fabulous condo on 7 mile beach
We had an amazing trip to grand cayman and the condo we stayed at was wonderful. Close to the beach and pool and it great condition. The owner was extremely gracious and attentive and did a great job in making sure we had the best possible time.
When we go back we will definitely stay there again.

What a perfect location!
This is a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay here. It's clean, well stocked and close to everything. The pool bar was great and had live entertainment some evenings during our stay. The pool area was never crowded and the beach was just a short walk away. The owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. He met us at the condo when we arrived and showed us where to find everything. He was even kind enough to help us carry in our luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

Airport: The nearest airport is Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM), located just a 15-minute drive away. Upon exiting the airport, you can opt for a taxi or a rental car to reach us directly.
Driving Directions: If you're driving from the airport, head north on Roberts Drive, follow the signs for George Town and Seven Mile Beach, and then continue onto West Bay Road. Our complex is situated on the right side, with the entrance clearly marked.
Parking: Guests will have access to complimentary on-site parking, ensuring a worry-free stay from the moment you arrive. Spaces are ample and located just a short walk from your rental unit.
