We just returned from 3 wonderful weeks at Ana Capri. It was everything we expected and more! And we go back again in April!! We planned on touring Tortola and maybe even other islands but we were so in love with Ana Capri that we basically just stayed there - soaking in the views, swimming in the pool, reading and relaxing. It is VERY well equipped and comfortable - you just need to bring your clothes. It was also very clean - great job by housekeeping. Oh, and the sound of the waves below - mesmerizing. The host, Karen, is amazing as everyone says. She so wants every stay to be special for you. We followed her advice for the best fish and chips at the Tortola Sports Club and found that all their meals are great. So we got take outs from them quite a bit. Especially loved their coleslaw and chocolate mousse! We also had a delivery from Steakactions - lasagna, Boerwors, sausages, stir fry mix, beef kabobs, chicken - it made meal time easy. Riteway supermarket is about 12 minutes drive away and is very well stocked at what we thought were reasonable prices for the Caribbean. We noticed that alcohol prices were especially good, so don't bother bringing duty free. Can't wait to be back!!

If your reading my review, just know your search is done. You found the place you were looking for on Tortola. The property is incredible, and Karen from Day 1 was an amazing host. We booked on Christmas Eve, she took the few minutes to respond to our questions and confirm our dates. She provided a tremendously useful packet months prior to our trip in case we wanted to hire a chef, get a massage, book a boat, etc. We printed a copy and took it with us, I suggest doing the same it really helped us out! We took Karens packet of knowledge everywhere with us. The house is down right something out of Architectural Digest and the views from around the property should be on a pamphlet or on a commercial that the BVI Department of Tourism promotes. This place had it all, everything you can think of. I guarantee if you can think of it, it's going to be there. We were so bummed the last night as the sun went down, we knew that would be last time seeing the view until we came back. We sat and just enjoyed the breeze with the stereo kicked on, actually we did that a lot. We were there for 7 days and everyday I noticed some cool detail about the house and property everyday. So much thought was given into this house, it was truly built for a family to enjoy and every bit of it felt like home. Thank you for letting us experience such an amazing home and giving us the ample knowledge to fully take advantage of Tortola. We can not wait to get back there.

It was truly a blessing for us to get to stay a week at this remarkable villa. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos. Inside and out, this estate has the elegance of a 5 star hotel and the views are second to none that we had ever seen. The booking was easy and was soon followed by a welcome packet that gave us information on everything that we could possibly ever need throughout our stay. This letter included who to contact for pre-ordering provisions, who to call for airport transfers, who to contact for sailing excursions, directions to the beaches, information on restaurants and grocery stores, and on, and on. There was no stone left unturned by Karen and her team that she has in place. The house, the pool, the grounds, and the service that we received were all first class. This was our second trip to the BVI and the AnaCapri Estate Villa played a key roll in us having one of the best vacations of our lives. We cannot wait to go back!

This villa was perfect for our group! We had a variety of interests and ages among the group and we all walked away from the trip having gotten exactly what we wanted. My personal goal was to go surfing and the location enabled me to do so very conveniently. The nearby Josiah's bay was an amazing surf spot for me (pretty new) and I always scouted the waves first-hand from the pool deck before heading to the beach to time it just right. I also spent a lot of time reading outside in different areas on the property and often found myself setting my book down just to enjoy the views - I figured that was a pretty good sign : ) In the day it was looking out at lush nature and a gorgeous open view of the ocean. In the evening it was taking a dip in the infinity pool and looking up at the stars. There is not much development in this area so the minimal light pollution left for an incredible view of so many more stars than I usually see. I have already reached out to another group of friends to put together another trip to AnaCapri estate as soon as our schedules align. Truly magnificent!

The most memorable part of the villa was the amazing view. Not only can you see numerous other islands, but there are multiple beautiful beaches in sight and a huge expanse of water. The various balconies that wrap around the villa make for great locations to watch the sun rise in the morning. I enjoyed pouring a glass of tropical fruit juice each morning and having breakfast on one of the balconies with the breeze flowing by. I noticed that the location of the property on the hillside meant that there were constant breezes coming off the water, which made the 80-degree weather extremely enjoyable. Whenever it felt a bit hot outside I just took a dip in the pool. It was nice walking the various paths of the property throughout the garden. There were rock steps and winding walkways navigating up and down the property, which revealed more beautiful views and seating areas including hammocks that I had never seen before. A favorite activity in the islands is enjoying a local beer or mixed drink. It was quite a treat to be able to pick limes from the garden and use those in the drinks. I explored the beach below the property, which offered great snorkeling and a place to hang a hammock to read a book. There were old ruins just behind the beach and I was able to explore them in the areas of the forest that were less dense. I also went to other nearby beaches like the one at Josiah's bay to do some surfing and boogie boarding, and since that beach is visible from the property I was able to use binoculars to track the quality of the waves. I'm looking forward to my next vacation in the Caribbean, and I'll certainly be returning to this villa when I'm in Tortola.

My most-amazing friend Scott rented the house for a month. Different groups of friends joined him for week-long vacations. The house exceeds expectations — the views cannot be topped; the location is perfect; and, the beach below the house is magical. We enjoyed morning and evening swims in the beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The kitchen and dining room made a lovely setting for group dinners. The rooms are beautiful and easily accommodated each week’s group. The ocean breeze cooled down warm days and made for delightful evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Words cannot begin to describe what AnaCapri, the BVI, Karen, Joss, and the entire BVI gave to our family during our wonderful vacation in April. From beginning to end, it was, without a doubt, the most perfect, stress free, vacation my family has ever experienced. We have traveled all over the world and have chosen to always pick a new destination each time so as not to miss new experiences. However, my husband and I both agree that THIS will be the one to return to! You can image that having 4 college-aged teenage boys and a 3 years old daughter might be a daunting experience, we typically jump right in with both feet and no fear. This adventure did not disappoint! With deep sea fishing, boat charters, spa visits, beach fun, and full moon parties, there was never a dull moment. And of course AnaCapri gave a a beautiful place to arise and enjoy glorious sunrises, afternoon swims, evening sunsets while taking a dip in the pool, ocean breezes to sleep to, and God sent views every time you caught a glimpse out of any window! Our Hostess Karen and local hostess Joss were both very helpful and accommodating and attentive with quick responses to any question, concern, or need. Wonderful people to work with and a wonderful place to stay.

We are in the process of flying back home and reflecting on the great week we had on trip to Tortola staying at this estate. This is one of the most beautiful places you’ll ever come across and the views of the British virgin islands are outstanding. The estate itself looks like it was picked right from Italy and placed on the side of the mountain. The owner Karen has great attention to detail and everything you could want is here. The kitchen is awesome and the pool area and porch are incredibly beautiful as is the whole place. She provided a great summary of everything there is to do on the island before we left so we were able to be very prepared when we arrived. Her villa manager Joss met us at the airport, showed us where to get lunch, and then lead us to the Villa to show us all the features and amenities. Joss is also a great chef and we had her come back one night and prepare an outstanding meal that we will all remember for a long time. The Villa comfortably sleeps eight and has one king bed and the rest are queen-size. The road to the villa is a little bumpy so I would advise a 4 Wheel Dr. vehicle if you plan on doing a bunch of touring of the island. The Villa is about 10 minutes from the main supermarket in town so it is easy to go get supplies as you need them. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a centrally located place that is incredibly beautiful with a great property owner.

The perfect Caribbean vacation spot. So many wonderful amenities most impressive...estate is elegant but VERY guest friendly. So comfortable. Everywhere you look there is a view of beauty. I like to cook so the kitchen is a chef's delight. All the comforts of home. The Estate is so well maintained. Not 1 suggestion for improvement. You can see the re-building of Tortola from the hurricanes, the locals are so kind and helpful, very hardworking. Local Rightway grocery store is well stocked and great prices on adult beverages. Food is great and cost effective, the restaurants suggested in the over sent by owners where fabulous. I rented a SUV, but should have taken owners suggested taxi driver for the first couple of days to get the 'lay of the land'. Took day trips, but truthfully next stay will plan more Villa time, it's all here! Next trip will stay at least 2 weeks in this heavenly place, leaving all beauty products home.bring only sunscreen, bathingsuits, coverups and minimal clothing. This villa is perfection! Awesome views from everywhere on this gated property. Perfect for families or a group of friends! Privacy if you want it and wonderful gathering spaces for the entire group. Karen F, owner of AnaCapri, is the most gracious and helpful person you will ever encounter. Her knowledge of the island, beaches, restaurants, and sites to see is invaluable, plus house manager Joanna, is a gem so we did not want for a thing. The villa is decorated with a designers eye! You'll feel like you are in Italy. Bedrooms are beautiful and spacious, each with an en suite bathroom. AnaCapri is completely stocked with sheets, towels-bath and beach, toiletries, beach chairs and toys, cooler, plus an outdoor grill and much more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. In fact 4 people can be in the kitchen and have plenty of room. Fresh herbs and fruits on property certainly added to our experience. Sound system is awesome, inside and outside. The views are breathtaking. The pool is the spot to be to enjoy the beautiful sea and watch the boats come in and out of the harbors during the day and the sky at night. We were there during a full moon so we had a light show every night. Beaches are a short car ride away! Wonderful week! We will see you again AnaCapri!
