I had the opportunity to stay at John's house in St Maarten. It was a great experience, fun and relaxing. Will do it again and would recommend the place and the Island. Beautiful spot, great people.

Breathtaking views
Villa with amazing views with a pool. Very clean with all amenities, excellent hosts who keep in touch with you before and during your stay. Close to Philipsburg and many beaches. Would recommend a car rental to get around,

A perfect place for a truly memorable vacation
This beautiful villa in Guana Bay offers wonderfully scenic views and comfortable and modern accommodations. From the lovely pool to a walk in the beach, this was a perfect family getaway. Just a short drive to the downtown area attractions and the French side of the island. Would love to come back!

Priceless memories, awesome property
We were here for several days and really fell in love with the place. The property is very clean and well maintained. The on-site concierge is so gracious, pleasant and well acquainted with the areas points of interest.
We were up every morning for the magnificent sunrise while sipping coffee on the large balcony. We hope to visit here again someday.

Couldn't Ask For Better Accommodations!
This is a great property situated in an exclusive area of Guana Bay on the Dutch side of the island. The villa itself was very clean and well maintained and has lovely views of the ocean. The kitchen was nice and clean and we often bought food at the market and ate breakfast at the villa. My friends and I were also very impressed on how quiet the area was around the villa.
The location of the property makes it fairly easy to get to the shops and even neighboring hotels. As single woman traveling with friends, we had no issues as it is a gated villa. I think it's also a great place for families as well. I would absolutely go back again and highly recommend it to others.

Spectacular views with delightful island breezes!
Nestled on a hillside overlooking Guana Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful home is designed to capture the ever present tropical breezes. With views of St. Barth in the distance, the sunrises were awesome. This 2 bedroom home is spacious and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. We had leisure breakfasts on the lanai that were easy to prepare in the large kitchen. The private pool was a great place for gathering to sun or swim. There was lots of dining space and 2 large rooms for TV and games. Truly a comfortable home away from home.

What a beautiful home and Island . highly recommend to all families wanting to have
a trip of a life time . The owners are wonderful people and fine host . We are looking
forward to another stay at the house with the warm tropical breeze and sounds of

Lovely villa in beautiful St Maarten
My wife and I were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely villa for Spring Break. This spacious villa is located in the hills above Guana Bay. As you see from the pictures, the view from the covered patio/deck is breathtaking. The house is accessible only from a gated, private driveway so it's very secure and private. It's ideally located 5 minutes from shopping in Philipsburg and 15 minutes from Orient Bay. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook a large meal for the family, and the family room has plenty of seating around a large, flat screen TV. Last but not least, it has a large, in ground pool with a great view of the ocean. This house has everything for a great St Maarten vacation.

GREAT VIEW
tropical breezes, sounds of the ocean lapping on the shore, with a view made in the movies. picture yourself lying next to your own private sparkling blue pool the sun over head tanning your body too a beautiful shade of bronze in between refreshing plunges into a sparkling blue pool awaiting you and your guest only. this is only a fraction of what awaits you. there is much do to and see on the island, do your research ahead of time, get a rental car, this villa is in a great location, recommend to everyone, we will stay again in the future.

We love this vacation home
My vacation with friends to St. Martin was one that I will never forget. While we enjoyed the island and the things it had to offer, we enjoyed the vacation home we stayed at the most. It was close to everything, and it provided us the comfort and relaxation we needed. Utopian Retreat has a great view of St. Martin, not to mention the view of the sunrise in the morning. The management team is great. The property is clean, and it provides all the neccesities people need while they are on vacation. I highly recommend it to vacationers.
