Cozy Cottage is a modern newly built cottage with one bedroom with a queen size bed , one bathroom, a living room with sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. An outside rain shower compliments the cottage, there you can shower after returning from the mud baths or the beach, or a romantic shower on a starry night. Centrally located on Sir Darnley Alexander Street in the town of Soufriere.. One minute walk from the Supermarket and 5 to 10 minutes from most attractions like the Hummingbird Beach, Waterfalls, Sulfur Springs, mud baths, Also walking distance from the local restaurants, banks, police station and the local food market. .Should you require pick up and drop off to and from the Airports, or short tours, please ask above our service in advance. . .

The cottage should be kept clean at all times. Lights, fans, ac unit and all electrical appliances should be turned off when leaving the cottage or when not in use. If you break anything please let us know.Absolutely NO Drugs, No Parties NO pets.NO Smoking. Check In is at 2 p.m. but we can be flexible just let us know in advance. Check Out is 12 noon. .

Fully furnished 1 bedroom cottage in central Soufreire.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights with a tripadvisor.com Pre Pay. After a 70 minute minivan transfer from Castries, we arrived at the Soufriere Bus Terminal at 10 AM and followed the whats-app directions 3 blocks to Massy United Insurance /Chambers of John &John Inc. At the black gate we were met by Alwin who showed us down the interior walkway to his new open ceilinged cottage. Its thoughtfully equipped kitchen is opposite a large couch and 2 nice chairs. The bedroom has a comfortable queen with quiet AC, closet, medium sized wall TV(only Netflix) next to a fully outfitted bathroom with shower and full size HE washing machine. Both rooms have an overhead fan, ample lights and outlets(110 & 220). Alwin provided an orientation tour one block west to Eroline's Supermarket, another block to the waterfront's sunset view and pointed out ATM's and several restaurants. We walked to the Botanical Gardens and Anse Chastanet Beach, then rented a car for the area sights before driving it to fly out of Castries. This well built and outfitted cottage with a couch view of 2,438' Petit Piton was a very good value at US$86 per night.

Très bon emplacement dans Soufrière et propriétaire à l'écoute

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette location, idéalement située dans le centre de Soufrière. Tout est à proximité immédiate, commerces, restaurants, bars donc on gare la voiture devant le cottage et tout se fait à pied. Soufrière est une bonne option pour visiter le sude de Sainte Lucie. Le cottage est très confortable et calme. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et répond très rapidement à toutes les questions. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Francoise, kept our Cottage neat and clean. He obeyed all of our house rules. Communication between us was great. We will definitely host him again.
