This property is in a really convenient location, as it is within a 10-minute walk of Reduit Beach, the mile-long, best beach on the island, and a 5-minute walk to St. Lucia's best shopping and night-life, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and activities of all sorts. Rodney Bay Marina, with more shopping and restaurants, and Rodney Bay Village, famous for its Friday Night Fish Fry, are both just a short ride away by Taxi….. or one of the numerous local buses going to and fro constantly.
Being set well back from a secondary road, in-between large residential properties on either side, and with the wide lagoon in front, any activity noise from the area is muted and distant, and a sense of peace prevails.
The Villa is staffed by a housekeeper and gardener who provide house-keeping, laundry, maintenance, and pool and garden services each week, and possibly on other days by arrangement if requested. They take great pride in the property and in ensuring that all guests enjoy their stay at “Reflections”.

Housekeeper several days a week (excluding holidays) and the gardener is there one or 2 days. They can help with problems or suggest extra local activities.
Water is solar heated and guests are encouraged to think of the environment and conservation.
We had a great time in both St. Lucia as well as at Villa Reflections! The Villa was exactly as advertised accompanied with quiet, peaceful, beautiful views. Below are some things to know before you.
TRANSPORTATION
Airport Arrival: When you arrive, you'll go through customs which can be a long line if multiple flights arrive at the same time. If you are informing the housekeeper (currently Tina who is wonderful) of your estimated arrival time, budget in an additional hour to go through the customs process.
Getting to the Villa: There are taxis that are easily accessible from the airport to take you to the Villa. (There are also taxis in Rodney Bay that can easily take you around.) Should you rent a car, which is an easy process, St. Lucians drive on the left side of the road and you'll be driving through the mountains to get to the Villa. The directions are easy to follow and the views are gorgeous along the way. Allot a little over an hour and a half to drive from Vieux Fort (Hewanorra Airport) to the Villa.
VILLA
Check-in/Check-out: When you arrive, Tina is there to greet you and orient you to the Villa. Ensure that you get the correct number for the housekeeper as the number that is on the booking site Holiday Lettings is not the current housekeeper's information. Also, the check-out process was simple.
Living: The Villa is extremely private offering an oasis while still being in the heart of Rodney Bay. As mentioned in the listing, the Villa does have air conditioning in the rooms. There is not air conditioning in the main living spaces & kitchen in the Villa. In the summer months, it does get hot in the living spaces but nothing that open windows, fans and a private swimming pool can't fix. There are also plenty of outdoor spaces on the waterfront deck, in the yard lounge chairs, by the pool or at the outdoor tables/chairs to eat. Additionally, the Villa does provide beach towels which was excellent for quick pool dips.
Housekeeping: Tina does service the house throughout your stay including fresh drinking water, changing linens and towels, and keeping the Villa overall beautiful.
EXTRAS
Rodney Bay: The Villa is definitely in a central location! There is plenty to do in Rodney Bay that is within walking distance of the Villa including eating, shopping and visiting the beach. There is also a grocery store and a bank that is within walking distance. Lastly, there are plenty of excursions that are easily accessible from the Villa either via walking or driving.
Electronics: To charge your devices, the owners have provided a power strip which was easily accessible and worked great for us. If you need to plug in any additional electronics outside of the power strip, you'll need to have a Type G adapter for the outlets. Considering we were out and about throughout the day, having a central charging station was not a problem. Beyond that, the TV and Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us (we didn't use the radio).
Laundry: After visiting Sulphur Springs we were grateful to have an in-Villa washer and dryer! We used both without a problem.
Money: The currency is Eastern Caribbean Dollars which is what most transactions occur in. The majority of places in Rodney Bay do take credit/debit cards. However, should you visit places like Castries and Soufrière, the majority of places only take cash. There are ATMs nearby to get cash quickly.
Overall we had a great time staying here and would highly recommend the Villa to anyone traveling to St. Lucia!

Great location to enjoy St Lucia
We enjoyed the spacious villa with waterfront access. Well equipped inside and out for self catering.. pool was good fun.
Location was great for supermarket, eating out or just having a drink.. and taxis in the doorstep for any excursion you could want.
Great to have housekeeper service and the beach towels were a good touch.
Fantastic communication with owners in booking process and would highly recommend.

Excellent location
Location was excellent for carnival festivities! Food and entertainment within walking distance, literally. Villa was clean and well kept and contact for help was readily available and prompt. View from backyard was amazing and provided a wonderful photo backdrop.

ist 3xpro Woche gekommen und alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit !

Just Perfect. A beautiful vacation villa in a central location. Only 5 minutes to the beach and direct in the center. Very quiet and relaxed. The villa is perfectly furnished. Tina our house maid came 3 times per week and everything was done to our satisfaction. This house is also perfect for singles. We surely will come again.

Wonderful
We LOVED it! It’s all about location! I usually stay in Cap Estate so it was quite nice to stay in the heart of Rodney Bay and walk to get dinner and drinks! We went for a walk almost every night! The Villa itself was very nice, plenty of breeze bedroom/bath area is a little smaller than what was expected but who cares! Kitchen was well equipped! We spent most of our time lounging on the private dock! Perfect for our engagement! Tina was very helpful and Trevor was quick to respond to messages! I would totally stay here again!

Super villa in great location
Villa Reflections suited our party of 6 adults perfectly. We loved the outside space, big garden, pool area, huge deck and lovely view of the marina.
Inside was also spacious with 3 equally sized bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom and good air-con. Ample storage in each room especially the twin bedroom.
The kitchen was large with a lovely view over the garden and marina beyond. It was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher.
The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach which enabled us to go swimming in the sea at least once, sometimes twice a day. The mall, restaurants and supermarkets are even closer, just at the end of the road.
Tina the house keeper and George the gardener kept the place immaculate and Tina was there to welcome us on arrival and to lock up as we left.
We would definitely return.

Stay whilst watching the cricket
Six friends from the UK stayed at villa Reflections watching the West Indies play England
The villa is superbly located close to all amenities, the style is slightly old but all three bedrooms were clean and well fitted
The kitchen had everything we needed for us to make our breakfasts
The restaurants were close by and within easy walking distance as was the marina where we discovered Le Mesa a waterfront setting
Overall an excellent villa in the heart of Rodney Bay with easy access to the beach

An ideal place for relaxation and reflection!
A wonderful place for relaxation and reflection 5 minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach – a real Saint Lucia vacation.
We were 2 couples for 2 weeks and can only say, that we enjoyded full relaxation and had time for great reflections.
The house is located in Rodney Bay with a huge waterfront timber deck where you can relax in the sun while hearing and see fish jumping or you while taking a swim in the private garden pool. The house is very functional with a nice patio, three bedrooms, each with a nice bathroom. All the equipment you need is in place and the staff is very helpful and kind.
The nearby beach is so nice, quiet and with clear blue water. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance – you do not need a car.
We highly recommend this place and like ourselves to return.

Beautiful house, perfect for an ideal St Lucia vacation, few minutes walk to nice beach.
The house is located in Rodney Bay, with a long, waterfront timber deck ideal for "reflections". You see fish jumping, and sometimes even hear big catfish under the deck. You have a big, nice, private garden with a pool. The house is very cosy, with a big functional patio. The house is fully equipped, three bedrooms with a separate bathroom each. The staff is extremely kind and helpfull.
The beautiful Reduit Beach is located only a few minutes walk away. The beach is very clean and quiet, not at all crowded, the water crystal clear and there are no annoying vendors.
All shops, supermarkets and restaurants (and even fishmarket) are within walking distance. So for the first time on our Caribbean vacations, we did not need to rent a car. The few trips were made by taxi.
Villa Reflections is highly recommended if you want a first class, private stay in St Lucia.

Villa Reflections
Great Location , mins to Beach ,Restaurants and Grocery Stores. Accomadations a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful . A power converter would be wise to take with u for Hair Dryers ect .

Thanks for review and apologies for tardiness in responding. We acknowledge that Villa was built in 80's so misses many modern touches, made up for by location, cleanliness, artwork and atmosphere as holiday home right on the water with lovely "reflections" at sunrise and sunset. We do provide a hair drier and a small transformer for electronics charging.

Reflections Villa is located very conveniently in Rodney Bay. There are shops, supermarkets, duty free shopping, fast food like Kentucky Fried Chicken, night clubs, full service restaurants, services such as banks, doctors, dentists, and beautiful Reduit beach all within walking distance. Elena's ice cream parlour is 100 meters away!! There is also a casino on the top floor of the nearby mall. But the Villa is on a side street so is therefore quieter than the main road.
Getting around
If you want to you can rent a car to visit the entire island. However, once you arrive at the villa a car is not necessary. You can walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, the beach,the bank , for local ice cream and fast food including pizza. If you wish to go to the nearby fish fry on a Friday Night, you can try the local buses or take a taxi. Island tours by either bus or boat are readily available.
