Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Tolle saubere, gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Pool und herrlichen Terassen. Fantastische Lage, nur 50 m vom tollen Strand L'Anse a l'Ane entfernt. Auch die Fähre nach Forte de France und zum L'Anse Mitan fährt dort ab. In kurzer fussläufiger Entfernung ist ein Supermarkt, eine Patisserie, mehrere Bars und Restaurants. Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen, Check in und Check Out hat problemlos geklappt, sehr freundlich und Corine hat uns sogar beim Transfer vom Flughafen zur Ferienwohnung unterstützt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: ein bisschen hellhörig - ist vielleicht auch dem örtlichen Baustil geschuldet.

Very clean brand new spacious apartment across the street from beach and ferry boat
Very clean well appointed new apartment convenient to ferry to Fort de France. Owner and neighbors were very nice and friendly.

Séjour inoubliable à la Case à Fédora
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances aux Trois Ilets dans un superbe appartement à 2 pas de la plage avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité : superette, boulangerie, location de voiture, navette bateau pour Fort de France, restaurants ... Appartement propre et très bien équipé avec 2 terrasses, tout le nécèssaire pour passer des vacances de rêve. La propriétaire est toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Cet appartement correspond en tous points au descriptif. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.

Location tres bien située à 2 pas de la plage de l'anse à l'ane et à proximité de l'embarcadere pour Fort de France. Accueil très chaleureux et rien à redire sur la propreté. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un inoubliable séjour.

SEJOUR AU TOP
Nous avons passé un mois magique dans ce joli appartement, lumineux, vaste , décoré avec gout, couleurs acidulées, grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine avec transats , ou l'on prend tous les repas. Une seconde terrasse du côté de la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, grande chambre séparée avec clim. Belle salle d'eau avec grande douche, rien ne manque. La wifi est un peu défaillante par moments, mais on est en vacances, ça n'est pas une priorité... Situation parfaite, la plage est à deux pas. Ainsi qu'une supérette, et un peu plus loin, toujours à pieds, une excellente boulangerie pâtisserie. Sur la plage le restaurant Pignon nouvelle vague, incontournable. La navette qui nous transporte à Fort de France en 20 mn. Très bel accueil , par Julienne , avec son joli sourire et sa douceur, que nous remercions particulièrement car nous avions un jour de retard suite à un problème d'avion. Merci aussi à Corinne qui s'occupe de la partie adminidtrative de la location et qui est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, qui nous réserve le taxi aéroport/ location aller et retour, qui est un plus et qui évite de prendre une voiture à l'aéroport. Il y a possibilité de louer sur place à Tropique Evasion, qui nous apporte le véhicule à la location.

Wonderful little holiday apartment in Martinique
This quaint and clean little apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was a convenient walk to the market, beach, and bakery. The ferry to Fort De France picks up on the beach just across the street from this unit. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The owner met us at the unit after a late flight in and took the time to show us everything. You really can't ask for more in this price range. Great value!

L'Eden, ça se mérite !
Rien à dire sur la situation géographique,et la propreté des lieux. Par contre, bruyant (piscine au milieu des logements), manque total d'intimité et wifi défaillant.

Perfect for families!!
Great location - close proximity to the beach, corner shop and eateries in area. The condo and its amenities appeared modern and very well-maintained and made us feel right at home. The pool formed a perfect cool-down and a very fun evening activity for the children who enjoyed it immensely. The owner was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful in making our stay very comfortable in providing a cot for our baby and even understanding our need to charge our electronics since we didn't have plug converters. We plan to visit again!!

Logement parfait, nous étions deux et tout est parfait, l accueil de Julienne sur place qui vous met immédiatement dans l'ambiance. L'appartement est joliment décoré et spacieux pour deux, tout y est, grille pain, cafetière, presse agrumes, micro-onde, etc... Le salon salle à manger comprend un canapé convertible et un clic-clac, et une méridienne. La chambre une armoire et un lit avec cependant une literie assez dur. La salle de bain est juste bien avec une douche et les toilettes. Le tout avec la climatisation ce qui est très appréciable quand il faut aussi chaud que pendant notre séjour Deux terrasses, une coté parking, qui offre l'avantage d'être plus fraîche et plus au calme, et une coté piscine qui, si il y a des enfants ou beaucoup de monde dans la piscine sera plus bruyante. Le logement est idéalement situé car la plage est à peine 100m, vous y trouverez restaurant de qualité, navette pour fort de France, club de plongée ( allez chez Callypso), supérette 8 à 8, distributeur de billet, etc... Idem en voiture vous serez plus ou moins au milieu de tout, pas trop de route que ce soit pour vous rendre au sud ou au nord, et le tout dans un endroit vraiment très sympa.

Super appartement au pied de la plage
Correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Appartement spacieux, bien ventilé, clim, belles terrasses. Très propre, bien entretenu où tout est pensé pour notre confort. Les lits sont confortables. Corine et ses parents sous toujours disponibles pour une question. Leur accueil est magique après ces heures d'avion. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants et nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Rien ne nous a manqué. Belle plage à 50 mètres très sympa avec les enfants. Vacances parfaites!
