The place is a beautiful 2 story full house ,Waterfront Caribbean Sea, it's fully furnished with Internet and air conditioning. It has a spectacular view from all terraces. Private and Safe. Electric gate, 3 parkings , 10 minutes from Ponce DownTown. Rest,Commerce. Just bring your luggage.

Our second time here and absolutely love the house and the fact the Caribbean is your back yard. It’s located on a busy highway so getting in and out is a little nerve racking if you don’t drive like a Ponce PR resident. It’s not really walking distance to anything without walking along the highway but you’ll definitely have your privacy.

Beach house
We had such a great time at this place! Near of everything! Beautiful beaches, historic buildings and great restaurants. House have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing vacation .

What a View!
Great outdoor space, house sits right by the water it is shallow enough to walk around in or take a dip. The deck off the kitchen has a great view of the ocean. Close to Ponce, short drive to Guanica where there are some nice beaches. The 4 lane highway is right behind the house so sleep with a box fan right by the bed it helps a little, the gas station at the exit where you make the u-turn has a great pizza place inside.

La sra.iris muy atenta para lo que uno necesite casa perfecta cubre todas las expectativas necesarias para pasar las vacaciones un buen lugar comoda vista en el barcon de atras expectacular y debajo de la casa una hamaca sillas mesas y mesas de domino muy comodo lo recomiendo

Beautiful Home, great hosts
The home is very spacious, clean, comfortable, has all the amenities one needs. Host, Norbert and Iris, were warm, welcoming and attentive. They helped us with all of our needs. We were able to kayak from the home. Norbert and Iris rented us their kayaking equipment. Very happy with our stay.

Fun house + Beautiful View
We had a great time. It's close enough to town to quickly drive in for activities/supplies, and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The view is great. We spent hours out there at night talking and watching the neighbors as they fished. It's right next to the highway, but the noise isn't too loud. If you're a light sleeper earplugs will help. Fun place to stay. There are a bunch of crabs that live in the lot next to them too that are fun to watch.

The most intimate, cozy, and gorgeous place I have been to in the last 10 years!
Iris and Norbert are fantastic hosts, let us start with that. Very accommodating people! The views of the sea, the colors that the house is decorated with, and the sun are an incredible mix of what I consider a Happy Place!!!!! My family and I had a blast at this ready to host kind of a setting. I know that I will be returning to this beautiful place and I will be giving the gift of this paradise to some friends that I never know what to give to on special occasions!!!!
