My friend and I loved our stay in Puerto Rico! The hosts made up an extra bed that we requested. Steps to beach and great food. Apartment had everything we needed for comfort, including air conditioning and internet.

Can walk to most everything although having the parking space was great. Steps away from the beach. Local restaurants are all good.

We stayed at #8 Calle Elena 4 days/3 nights in February, 2019. While the area hotels were astronomical with their room fees, parking fee and incredible taxes, this apartment was not only affordable but beyond our expectations. We did not know what to expect we just knew we wanted to be close to the Condado vicinity where the event we were attending was scheduled and the beach. Not only was the location perfect, the apartment was super clean and delivered exactly as described. There was not one thing wrong. The instructions were perfect and the communication before, during and after was as customer service should be. We HIGHLY recommend it and in fact told many of our friends and family at our event to take a note for out of town friends visiting in the future. We certainly plan to return!

I stayed here for 4 nights until my house on Calle italia was ready. Arenas flat is very basic, but the bed was comfortable, it’s nice and clean, it’s got a little shotgun kitchen but it had everything I needed. There was even a little coffee in the cupboard and some sugar, I appreciated that. It litteraly is a few steps from the beach. The Puma station was within walking distance (cold beer) Oh and it has off street parking, that’s kinda a big deal in these parts. All in all, it was a good value.

The apartment was perfectly located and had all the amenities of home...and then some! The hosts were very accommodating and provided an info sheet with all the best local spots. I'll be staying here again.

Perfect for 2! This studio provided everything we needed including parking, beach chairs, even a couple of beach towels. It is located close to shops, restaurants, and only a few doors down from the beach. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay and well priced for the area.

Loved all the nearby local restaurants. Everything needed is walking distance. Walgreens is nearby where you can purchase groceries and necessities. We usually purchase few groceries to cook for breakfast and for snacks whenever we visit Puerto Rico. All these items were found at Walgreens. There is also a convenience store a few steps away from the end of the street. I noticed a security guard driving around everyday, this made me feel safe. Plus there is a gate that you lock which opens up to the apt patio area. The studio we stayed in is perfect for a couple. Has everything you need. The only thing that needs improvement is a dedicated place to wash off the sand. I met Maria and she is a very friendly happy person. I also texted her a few times with questions and received immediate responses. I appreciated that. Looking forward to staying here next year with a large group since there are two 2bd apts, one 1bd apt, and 4 studios. This is perfect for a group that wants to stay together but still have their privacy. Thank you for everything Maria!

Ocean park is a fantastic location and the apartments were just what we wanted. Steps from the beach. Maria was a great host. You will enjoy staying here!

Amazing place to stay, very clean rooms whith a balcony, beatiful view,parking,30 steps ftom the beach,walking distance to bar and restorante, little supermarket. Carina and Maria ( owners of condo)-very nice and helpful young women. We are definitely going to stay in this place again.Thanks a lot, Carina and Maria!😙

We rented a ground floor studio with Carina and Maria, and it was great. The location was fantastic; literally steps from a beautiful white sand beach. Steps away from great restaurants, and shops. Felt really safe with multiple gates and locks with a security guard at the entrance to the community as well as a quiet community. Quick taxi rides to airport and Old San Juan. Room was clean and functional, but a little dark. Was perfect though for what was required. Cooked multiple times and had no issues! Rent this property!
