Great,Massive like the Jamaicans would say.
Tanika O was great, she attended to our every need, she made us feel welcomed, the house was comfortable and very homely. She gave us goody bags!, and I loved the Drax hall pool, also it's close to many tourist attractions . I am definitely renting again. See u in November!!!

Tropical Getaway has EVERYTHING!!!!!
Ms. Tanika is awesome. I would recommend her place to family and friends. Our stay was as pleasant as Jamacia and we did not want for anything. Every detail was covered. Great job and we will see you next year!!

Excellent
My family and I (This includes adults, teenagers, and a child) stayed at Tannika's rental for a few day. Firstly I booked the home for the wrong dates and Tannika quickly corrected the dates. Secondly I was a whole 1 and half hour early and the Air Conditoners where not on I guess it was on a timer. I called Tannika and she was able to remotely turn them on. The house was clean, modern, and spacious (exactly as the pictures). The kids enjoyed the pool which was a little hassle to find but not enough to spoil your vacation. The attractions was less than a 10 minute drive away. This house felt like home away from home. I would certainly return again soon. Thanks for your hospitality Tannika.

Thank you for staying with us, we always try to accommodate the guest where ever possible by making them feel completely at home and whenever possible make arrangments to make the stay as smooth as possible. I wish I was there to meet you in person and show you all the spots but sometimes the check in times clashes with my work schedule hence the smart home features like keyed door pads and remote AC that are turned on before the guest arrives. Based on your comments about finding the pool I will include a street map to getting there.
I would love to host you again, your family members were very respectful and I am glad you had a blast.

perfect space to host a family
GREAT LOCATION
This villa was fully outfitted with all the needed conveniences for a group.
From washing machines, mounted fans and air conditioning.
The housekeeper was helpful and efficient.

Loved everything about it....
The location was great....just minutes from anywhere you would want to be...but still quiet and relaxing for those needed down times. The villa is set up to accommodate families as well as groups of friends without feeling over crowded. I will be going back.

Feels like Home!
Loved the Location 10 min away from ocho rios, close to beach, shops, margaritaville, supermarkets, dolphin cove, and much more! the swimming pool, and Wi-Fi were excellent! cook and relax like at your own home. Tanika is a very down to earth person and will show you a lot of support on your stay. I do recommend this place 100%

Indeed a Tropical Getaway
The Drax Hall Complex is lovely and located less than 15 minutes from Ochi Rios and St Ann bay allows you assess to all you needs and entertainment. The house features provides a family tone and spring break getaway experience.

Excellent everything!
A beautiful home that was spotless and tastefully decorated. Came with everything we needed and the cutest little book that had all the information about everything that we needed to know about the house and the surrounding areas. Definitely my go to spot for time spent in Ocho Rios!

Nice quiet clean guarded neighborhood.
You definitely need transportation to get to the shops. A lot of information was provided on how to get around and who to call. Starter pack was left for us, so we didn't have to rush to the store. The house was clean, needed some minor painting. Minor wear and tear of cutlery. Overall it was very comfortable for the family. I like the ease of having visitors, because I had a wedding and family needed somewhere to get dressed before the event. Tania was very approachable. Thank you for the stay.

"A great time was had by All"
We had an absolutely great experience staying at Tanika's property. There were 7 of us in our party and we will all be back. We had Janet our housekeeper/cook was a delight. She prepared Jamaican meals which made us eat at home during our stay. Real authentic Jamaican food. Our driver was Johnny. Took us where we needed to go and for a good price.
The house was perfect location for us. We were there for Rebel Salute. We could sit in the front screened patio area and see the mountains. We could sit on the back patio and enjoy the quiet and listen to music outside. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was there for our use.
We gave our stay at Tanika's a 5-star.
All in all, we will be back. See you Tanika in January 2019.

The exclusive neighbourhood of Drax Hall Country Club is a newly built subdivision with manicured gardens, walking trails, swimming pool, and a competition-sized test court. With patrolling guards that greet you with a smile and international neighbors stopping by just to say hello. Drax Hall Country Club brings back memories of a gentler time in the world.

Take the North-South Highway heading towards Ocho Rios/St. Ann's Bay. At the round-about take the first exit on the left and drive approximately 2km pass the Epping Gas Station, once pass the gas station take the first right turn at the stop light (at Drax Hall Auto Brokers). Drive 0.5km to Drax Hall Country Club located on the right.
Coming from Montego Bay
Follow the roads signs leading towards Ocho Rios, once you have passed the town of St. Ann's Bay take a left turn at the first stop light (at Drax Hall Auto Brokers). Drive 0.5km to Drax Hall Country Club located on the right.
