AFIMI2 is only a 15-minute drive away from our “sister villa,” AFIMI, which is a beautiful waterfront villa in Montego Freeport with its own private beach. This new villa is already one of the best in its class and offers a truly relaxing, memorable, and luxurious vacation. Other amenities for your exclusive use include home automation, a built-in Sonos whole-house stereo, and an automatic standby generator. There are also cards, dominoes, and board games for your entertainment. **NOTE** - Fully Staffed Villa Services Included/Excluded | Rental includes: utilities, internet, cable, Villa Team Services and 24hr security. Chef service can be optional, but is highly recommended! Housekeeping is mandatory and included. Not included are groceries for included meal preparation; any personal services, tours or transportation outside of the Villa Team Services, and staff gratuities. External services are to be paid directly to the providers. Most groceries can be covered by credit card, however, cash may be required for some fresh produce or specialty items. Please plan on paying a gratuity to the staff in cash (USD or JMD) at the end of your stay; 15% of the total rental price is recommended, customary, and expected, if service is to your satisfaction.
