Guests must select a meal plan from our meal plan options: 1) Prepaid gourmet meal plan $115 plus 10% tax per adult per day and $57.50 plus 10% tax per child (ages 3-12) per day; 2) Grocery plan requires a $1,500 deposit for grocery pre-stocking for the first 1-2 days and $12.50 per person per day for food acquisition and preparation. All beverages must be purchased from Silent Waters Villa's inventory.

Jaw Dropping
From the moment you get out of the car, you begin a heavenly experience. The presentation of the property puts you at heavens gate. Every inch of the property is delightful, well developed and aesthetically pleasing. Each structure located on the property is an adventure unto itself. So let me just bottom line it...

Fantasic experince - can't wait to go back
Breath takng views overlooking Montego Bay; 5 star accomodations, 5 star service and 5 star dining. Have gone there numerous times, can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Step into Paradise !
First I would like to say I have stayed at Silent Waters for the last 5years in a row, that should tell you what I think of Silent Waters. The staff takes care of your every need with a smile on there face and a genuine, want to see you have everything you need. The food and service is 5 Star ! The views are breathtaking, from every Villa. I cannot say enough about Silent Waters, I hope to return this year, you will never be disappointed with a stay at Silent Waters Quality is First Class thru out!! Great Tennis on Site.

How to relax and get pampered
Silent waters is an elegant place to vacation and get away from the busy day to day routine of back home. The accommodations are all elegant and provide privacy for all guests. The food is outstanding and served with great presentation on different china each day. The staff are extremely friendly and are eager to see that all your requests are handled quickly and in a very professional manner. The view of Montego bay from silent waters is breathtaking. Overall, A stay at silent waters is an over the top experience.

tropical paradise
Not the first time we have stayed here and certainly not the last. If you enjoy first class service, food, accommodations,and views to die for, then this is your destination. Great staff, all our needs were met. Third time we have stayed here, their is a reason we keep coming back!!

Energized Peace
We have had the opportunity to stay at many beautiful vacation spots. Silent Waters is far and above all others. The staff is welcoming, the compound is breathtaking, the food is delicious. The most amazing experience is how you feel when you are there. It takes you to a magical peaceful state. It is a most special and life changing experience.

Life Changing
I stayed at Silent water's villa with my family some years back. I must agree that the feeling when you first arrive at this villa is the most special aspect. When we arrived at the villa, the full staff of about 10 people were uniformed, in a row and waiting the greet us! When our guests walked into the main entrance of the property, they were completely blown away. We occupied the entire space, including the owner's suite, and it was an experience that has put a positive outlook on our lives ever after! If you have the chance, stay at Silent Waters.

Never fails to exceed expectations
After three visits to Silent Waters I wanted to share my experience. While each visit has been unique there are some key ingredients that are common. First the property has an excellent manager, Jean. She always wants to insure things are done to the guest's satisfaction. All the staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The meal plan is the best way to go but be sure to specify likes and dislikes in advance. Also, since liquor is extra, determine whether you want the bar stocked with high end items.
Since most arrangements can be easily done locally, don't worry about making too many plans and go with the weather and your mood.
While the property is extensive, my visits generally involve 4-6 people using the minimum of 4 bedrooms. When you don't exceed that number the feeling is an amazing private estate at a great value, especially when visiting in low season.
It is impossible to find a better value for one of the most remarkable properties in all of the Caribbean.

Best Vacation Ever
We stayed at Silent Waters this past June with a group of 21. From the time we got off the plane and were brought to the front of the line at customs by our greeter to waking up each morning in paradise, the vacation could not have been any better. The grounds and villas are beautiful and staff was awesome. They tended to our every need and couldn't have been nicer. We highly recommend Silent Waters to anyone looking for the vacation of a lifetime. Best Vacation Ever!

A vacation that can not be topped!
As soon as we all arrived to Silent Waters our mouths dropped. We were greeted by all of the staff as we pulled in. Not to mention, we were treated like royalty as soon as we stepped off the plane. The views and the property itself were so breath-taking. We travelled with 5 families and their children and every morning we had to pinch ourselves just to see if we were really there and it all wasn't just a dream. Unless we go there again, we will never be able to find a vacation that compares to Silent Waters. (And I am perfectly fine with making this our yearly vacation). I highly recommend at least one visit so you can see and experience what we did! You will never regret it and I don't think you will ever be able to top it either! The staff does everything for you, laundry daily, cleans, makes your bed, cooks, ETC. You are truly treated like Royalty!

Silent Waters Villa is 6 miles west of Montego Bay on the North Coast Road (about 20 minutes drive from Sangster Airport). Located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
Getting around
Hiring a car and driver is highly recommended. The current estimated costs for a full-time private driver for one week (includes airport transfers and 1 complimentary tank of petrol) are: 12-seater* van - $975 ($140/day, min 4 consecutive days, 1/2 tank petrol); 16-seater* van - $1,300 ($185/day, min 4 consecutive days, 1/2 tank petrol); 25-seater* van - $1,650 ($240/day, min 4 consecutive days, 1/2 tank petrol). Round trip airport transfers (Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay) only, cost is $80 for 1-4 guests & $20 each additional guest. For excursions to Negril, Ocho Rios, Black River and YS Falls a 25-seater* bus is available for $400/day. Rates do not include gratuity. *Including driver
