The booking was easy; however, I have stayed in many Air B & B’s. I came to handle some business and spend some time with my God Daughter for her birthday. The place was modern and equipped for the most part, and the community very peaceful and secure. So that was a positive. However, the contact person did not once come to greet us at the residence and I did not get the phone # to the front gate until the last day of my stay. Bath towels were hung out in the backyard the entire time I was there and there was a half done toilet paper in the bathroom and that was it. If I came from foreign and it was a first time for me I wouldn’t have known what to do. Luckily, I have been many times and know how to navigate my way around. The WiFi was really inconsistent so I could not connect to my phone I had from abroad, luckily I had a phone to use locally so that helped. Also, This home is more than 1 mile from the hip strip, so that needs to change to more like 5 miles. The driver Joe was very cool and flexible though. The yard was not cut when we arrived but then on Monday afternoon a couple of guys just showed up on the front porch like they were going to cut the grass but then just sat on the porch because it started raining. Overall the communication during the stay was not good at all.

Comfortable and Homey
This property was exactly as advertised, very comfortable accomidations. I was able to cook with everything I neeed right there.. everything needed for a comfortable stay... off the resort fun and saved so much money... for the price I dont think you could do better... the property owner was very accommodating, my flight was delayed and I arrived very late, she stayed in constant contact with me... i felt very safe as i was initially nervous to stay off of resort, but the community was gated with strict access and quiet. Im already planning my next trip to Jamaica and will return to this property if its available.

Unmatched Service
Tameika, is an absolute GEM! Her prompt responses to my concerns was a breath of fresh air. Honestly. The rental space is modern, clean, located in a gated community, less than 15 minutes from the MBJ airport. There are personal air conditioners in each room including living area, WIFI, flat screen tv and onsite parking. She anticipates the needs of her guests, and I lacked nothing. I was truly impressed.
