Felt very uncomfortable
Firstly, this person had an attitude which was very evident. I felt hurt by his posture towards me and wondered if i was being discriminated. He immediately started telling me fees which i didnt see outlined on the reservations as if to frustrate me into not staying.
The pictures and all tells a good story of the place but the attitude of the person leaves much to wonder. I would not recommend based on the experience i had.

It is never a good situation when a guest is being shown their balance on the itinerary and they still insisting that the balance is zero and resisting calling Trip advisor but insisting on the host providing the service without complete payment for the reservation. We are very sorry you felt this way but if a reservation is unpaid in full we have no choice but to stand firm.

Great place
The rooms are fully air conditioned. Great place to stay and great location. The water pressure is great and fully heated. One recommendation would be the pillows are too firm.

Awesome stay
Our recent to Casa Alexandria was truly great.
The place is clean and modern!! It feels like your in the states when you are in the apartment, but when you step out you are in Jamaica! Absolutely enjoyed the stay. All rooms have a/c and the apt has a washer machine and dryer which made it so comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely quiet home
This is a nice property and I would recommend people to stay here, if you like quiet. However I wasn't very happy with the shower taps as the kept on falling off and the air con in the first room wasn't working for me very well. A part from that my stay here was good.

Thank you for the positive review. We have added freon the AC in the front bedroom and change the shower handle which accidentally broke during your stay. We are very proactive in making any and all repairs on the day they are reported. It is a pity we never received any notice that one of the three A/C was not cooling sufficiently and the shower handle broke until you were ready to checkout. We do not charge our guest if something the clearly break accidentally. We would also like to make up for any inconvenience by offering you a couple of free nights, so please reach out to us. Thanks again for the positive review and I do concur, this is an amazing property.

We recommend driving but if you would like to skip driving while vacationing, one of our professional drivers can drive you around, wherever, whenever you please.
• Public transport is available and well connected
• UBER does operate in Jamaica, but there are 3 safe and reliable private taxi companies that can pick you out in just a couple of minutes.
• The airport is a 25-minute drive away. As previously mentioned, we offer a private transfer at an additional surcharge of (Free for all the guests staying for 10+ days).
• Rent-a-car service is available at the airport
• You can also hire our private chauffeur who can drive you wherever you please: lunch/dinner, sightseeing, day trips and excursions etc. Make sure to contact us!
How to get there
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood near Oaklands Apartment. Our location makes it very easy to explore the rest of the island, whether you decide to walk around the nearby area or take a longer trip with a vehicle.
If you are in the mood for a nice, relaxing walk there is a lot to see and do:
• 10 minutes to the famous Bob Marley Museum and Sovereign Mall which is filled with various shops. There is a big food court and a movie theatre as well, making it an ideal place for local sightseeing / relaxing.
• 8 - 10 minutes away are the Sports Bar and Grill “100 Gaming” and “Chilitos” a unique restaurant that mixes Jamaican and Mexican cuisine
• If you would like to visit other restaurants, many can be found at about a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
In case you want to take a drive, you have even more options. All within a short 10-minute drive:
• New Kingston City Center
• Devon’s House – Jamaica’s famous historic landmark
• Hope Zoo Kingston
• Mega Mart if you decide to stock up during longer stays
• Pita Grill (24-hour grill) for our guests with late-night meat cravings
• Barbican Center – another vast shopping centre with supermarkets, shops, night club, casino and a 24-hour restaurant
