We offer services to facilitate the option of your short/long term stays and we are located a few minutes from the International Airport and a couple minutes from Petionville with varies amenities like WI-FI, tv cable, cleaning and laundry services needed to make your Haiti experience one of the best.
The space
Our all fully furnished 2-2/1/2 or 3-3/1/2 bedrooms townhouses are nested in a two story building in a prestigious neighborhood, Belville. Your stay here at Wisdom will be an unforgettable experience because this location will make your business trip or vacation a time for ever to remember. Welcome!

The Worst Airbnb Rental Ever
I would rate my stay at Wisdom Luxury as horrible with ZERO stars, if it was allowed. Beware of this establishment especially if you like air conditioning. What business only allocates six hours of air conditioning in a country that is humid and temperate as Haiti? Nowhere in their posting was this written; additionally they failed to mention this fact until we arrived on site. I just want it to be known that this establishment only provided air conditioning for 6 hours during the night. So in the daytime hours we were subjected to intolerable heat and high humidity. I had to find an alternate location that had air conditioning because of this issue. It was very uncomfortable for us there dealing with the high humidity and temperatures. I wrote the host about my concerns with the AC and the host replied to my concerns but did not provide any solutions. Basically, I felt his response was you are here now just deal with it. However one of his employees did state before my correspondence with the host that if we wanted to buy fuel for the generator we can have the AC on for an extended period. This was unexceptional to me. Additionally the host is not on site, so feedback was limited. The other issue was the security deposit which was only mentioned after my reservation was made and confirmed. I was quoted three different prices for the security deposit. When I left the property early due to the lack of air conditioning, I talk to the host via telephone when he first refused to give me back my security deposit because I left for alternate lodgings. The host asked me to leave my number and stated they would get back with me on my security deposit. I refused to leave the property without my security deposit because the rental had been checked for any damages, in which none were found. This host had the audacity to offer to give me half of my security deposit because I was leaving before the end of my reservation. I had to wait there and argue with this host to return my deposit. This lasted about twenty minutes until the host released my security deposit. I would not recommend this property rental for all the tea in China. This is by far the worst rental property I have every stayed at in my life.
