We all, family of four adults and four kids from 10-19, LOVED this villa. I didn’t realize when I booked it that we had a live-in couple to pamper us and cook wonderful food, so that was a great surprise. After eating out the first night, we found it so much more relaxing ton let Felipe and Gisele cook their wonderful Dominican food for us. The kids even picked up their bowls of the fabulous Dominican Stew and slumped down the last of it! And the fruit platters for breakfast were so delicious. We also had a chef one day who prepared delicious seafood specialities. We went on a snorkel boat which was fine except for the end when about 25 boats gathered and blasted music for an hour— so if you have sensitive ears take earplugs. We also loved swimming at the Blue Holes right on the property. Karola was a perfect concierge. She was always there for us, so helpful and fun.

I booked this trip for my husband’s 40th with friends. This place is lovely! Really beautiful pool, very very close to beaches and several beach clubs. Very very helpful and nice staff. I highly recommend this property!

This Villa was awesome and the staff were even better! The pool was great and the location was perfect for a family vacation. We recommend getting golf carts so you are free to visit Playa Blaca and the private beach at the spa. The Concierge was Marc and he was awesome. He stopped by a couple times each day to help book excursions and make sure we were doing well. Remember that everything is negotiable. Marc was very nice. We had a bad excursion, (the buggies trip was terrible) but Marc worked hard to make it up to us. (Buggie trip - speak with Marc about it before paying $75 per person) The staff on site are well worth the money. $80per day for Felipe and his wife is a great deal. They take very good care of you and are very friendly. They cook great meals and ask Felipe for his delicious Mojito! It was nice to have trustworthy people that cared about my family. I may go back next year just to see them again. This was a great vacation for us. Enjoy your stay and tell Marc and Felipe that Pete and his family say HI!

The house was amazing. The resort is beautiful. Filipe and Gisselle were so kind, thorough and wonderful. They also cooked meals for us and were amazing cooks. Marc from Volalto was great and so helpful (so was Jose). Amazing vacation and everyone from Volalto was great. Definitely rent a golf cart. Gorgeous beaches, beautiful private beach club and great gym. Would stay in house again.

Last week a group of friends and I stayed at this villa for three days after being in the Bavaro Beach area for a few days prior. We had the time of our lives! The daily service from Felipe the butler and his wife who was the maid and cook made our trip so memorable. We opted to have three meals prepared each day and they were very accommodating with preparing what we wanted to eat. Having them do all of our shopping, preparing meals, arrangement of taxis, serving as our interpreter and pretty much anything that we needed. The beach Playa Blanca has a nice open air restaurant for an evening at the beach. However, my favorite beach in the area is Juanillo beach is in the Cap Cana area but requires living out of the resort area, but it's still very close and nearby. It's very tranquil with a restaurant there as well, but I would recommend visiting this beach for peace and solitude and it is marge larger and vast than Playa Blanca. There also fewer people that are typically there as well. The food that was prepared each day for his at the villas was very good and there was never anything that we did not like. We even had a two of our meals cooked on the grill outdoors which was nice. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was absolutely nothing that wrong with staying here. The villa is very large which allowed us to have our space and privacy when we wanted it. Jose who was our concierge was also a huge plus because he spoke English as well. When we were unable to get cash from the bank one day, he met us at the bank the next day to insure that we were able to get what we needed. I could go on and on about Jose, Felippe and Giselle but one most stay here to experience it all for yourself. I expected to have some problems possibly from the security gate guys at times, but that was taken care of as well without a glitch. We also did not have any problems with the wifi service. I would stay here again in a heart beat! You can not go wrong with staying here and working with this staff.

Came here for a bachelor party and glad I stayed here .This place was heaven on earth . The staff were amazing . Maid service was outstanding as the place was clean as can be . The cooking was amazing . Luxurious and delicious , lobster , steak and beers always properly stocked in the fridge . We trusted everyone to The point where we would forget to close the front door and no worries . I was extremely impressed with the coordinator Jose . He was able to accommodate every request , both conventional and UNCONVENTIONAL . Anything or any activity we asked for, he was able to make it happen . Perfect bachelor party stay. Can't wait to come back .

The best of the best! If you want the best experience in DR than this is where you start! The amenities and service are incomparable. Jose, our villa host, was there for us 24/7! Fellippe and Giselle, our staff in the house, could not have been more accommodating. Can't wait for our next trip back! 5 stars!
