Villa
Tres Palmas, a villa in Paradise. This lovely private villa located in Casa de Campo boasts a stunning open air great room that can be used with or without screens to let the ocean breezes flow throughout the home. Very few homes in the community offer screens to keep out pests. Huge windows on both sides overlook the golf course, pond and ocean horizon views. Three separate dining areas and multiple seating areas inside and out.
Wake to the sound of birds chirping outside your bedroom window in one of the four bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and high efficiency a/c. Three bedrooms are equipped with two double beds each and the master bedroom has a King size bed and an optional comfort height Queen airbed.

Casa de Campo charges a daily resort fee to all renters that covers access to all areas of the resort including free chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach and hotel pools. It is approximately $25 per day per person and will be collected by them at check in. Copies of passports or Cedulas are required after confirmation of reservation in order to register everyone with security.

Awesome dream vacation!!!
I had the pleasure of visiting Tres Palmas with friends for a long weekend in the DR. What a fabulous place! Roomy and spacious golf vila with view of 17th fairway and sea. 4 large bedrooms each with their own ful baths. Great sitting area to watch stars at night! Walk to beach club in Casa de Campo. Amenities were terrific! And Anna the cook was a delight. She made gourmet breakfast each day and coooked a wonderful local DR dinner. What a treat! While I was traveling with friends alone, this would be an awesome place for a family vacation, wedding or guys golf trip. Very reasonable for what you get. Place has a pool and very large great room with plasma TVs. Nice spaces for sitting and reading after a day at beach or night out. We visited Altos de Chavon and also La Romana for local dining. Beautiful grounds and I really enjoyed the beach club (walking to this villa). Highly recommend this place and I plan to come back for a longer stay. Thank you so much! What a great escape!

One of my favorite vacation spots, will definitely return!
We had a lovely stay at Golf Villa 78. We asked them to have the villa ready with some groceries because we were arriving late. The next morning we woke up to the smell of coffee brewing. Ana prepared us a delicious breakfast every day of our stay and pampered us. We felt like royalty! The villa is spacious and filled with light. The showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water which can be an issue when traveling. We watched sunsets from our patio at cocktail hour and woke up to the sounds of birds chirping. The beach is lovely with clear water and very little surf. The guys loved the golf and said it was some of the best golf they ever played. We will definitely return for another visit.

Everything You Could Ever Want in La Romana
This villa rental was absolutely perfect for a group of 10 people. Doug and Gloria were totally approachable to answer any questions I had about the villa and other activities to do in La Romana. The place itself was beautiful. Four bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Anna, the maid and cook, was also a delightful addition to have during my stay at this place. The beach and the villa community pool that is rarely occupied by people are within walking distance. There is also a small private dipping pool available within the villa rental. Golfers will enjoy the prime exposure of the golf course located behind the backyard. Altos de Chavon and La Marina were also a short drive for shops, museums, and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to the Dominican Republic!

Love this Place!
This is my second year in a row at Tres Palmas. The villa and location are great , spacious living room area and 4 bedrooms with a lovely backyard facing onto the golf course. Close proximity to the beach and all of the Casa De Campo amenities. The housekeeper Anna who is there daily is lovely and very accomodating. The owners, Doug and Gloria, go out of their way to make sure your stay is what you expect. My friends and I will be back again next year.

We loved everything about this place
We stayed in this villa for two weeks with a group of friends and none of us wanted to leave. The villa is lovely and immaculate, tucked away in a beautifully landscaped area overlooking the golf course. I loved sitting out on the patio in the morning drinking coffee, watching the birds and looking out to the ocean on the horizon. It is a very peaceful place. The bedrooms are big and the beds are very comfortable - everything in the villa is very clean and well maintained. I especially liked the huge tiled showers. The open air great room has lots of lounge chairs and sofas and was the perfect place for everyone to pile in front of the big flat screen TV and watch the Superbowl. We had a wonderful time during our stay in this villa and we and can't wait to go back.

i want my same room next year,
the golf villa was on the 17th fairway and close to the hotel, golf shop, restaurant, marina, and beach driving the golf cart was all we needed for the week we were there . the rooms were spotless with maid service 5 stars for great coffee brkfast and lunch. we have already booked for next year

The best week in paradise, is in casa de campo at Tres Palmes!
The house was absolutely beautiful, waking up everyday hearing the birds chirp was a big difference from home. Our stay there was nothing less than extraordinary, waking up in the morning looking out over the golf course on hole 17 of the Links course was so relaxing. The beach is only a ten minute walk away so even without a vehicle you can get to the relaxing sounds of the ocean without a sweat! We spent 7 days there and loved every second, so many places that you can visit right in the area, the house is in the perfect location. The house includes 4 bedrooms one being the master bedroom, a very large living area with TV and enough couches for everyone to take a nap. The house also has a little pool right in front which is the perfect temperature nice and warm throughout the day, also has an open window into the kitchen which makes asking someone to throw you a nice cold Presidente (the most amazing pilsner's you will ever have!!) but if you need one a little bigger for some laps you walk right out front and there is a much bigger pool right there for you to swim, play, or sun bathe. I cannot wait to head back there next year for another 7 days of paradise!!

CASA DE CAMPO LUXURY GOLF AND CULINARY RESORT
we have been here for fifth year in a row (twice this year feb/sept) it never fails at surpassing our expectations ,not the golf, clubhouse, hotel pool and bar gym, and especially beach. we will be back next year with more of our golfing friends. thanks doug and Gloria for turning us on to tres palmas golf villas

The Dominican Dream
The home was beautiful and spacious.We appreciated its sense of seclusion. And yet, it was a short distance to the Marina shops, the golf course, the hotel, and the ocean. If you wanted you could stay home and use the backyard pool. The city was a ten minute drive. An unexpected bonus was the housekeeper, Anna, who prepared breakfast, and lunch. She also did your laundry. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Tres Palmas to anyone!

Beautiful Villa and Lovely Resort to Explore
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon week in December. We had such a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and comfortable. The main room has so much natural light from the glass sliding doors that line 2 walls. Mornings were such a treat. Our daily routine was to sit on the twin indoor chaise lounges and read while enjoying fresh Dominican Republic coffee served by the amazing house keeper, Anna. Anna spoiled us daily by preparing adorable trays of coffee (with fresh flowers and accoutrements), preparing breakfast (omg her scrambled eggs are to die for!!), doing our laundry (literally daily), preparing lunch upon request, doing all the dishes, and keeping the entire villa clean. She was so sweet and accommodating. She speaks Spanish and we were able to communicate easily with the help of a Spanish dictionary and the Google translator tool. The Casa de Campo resort itself it wonderful. There is lots to do and see. We enjoyed the beach, the hotel bar and pool, the marina, and spent many late nights in Altos de Chavon :). We absolutely LOVED taking the golf cart everywhere. The whole trip felt so laid back and relaxing. A highlight was the couples massage we had at the hotel spa. Those ladies are talented! Though neither of us are really golfers, we did enjoy the golf course views - unreal! The Tooth of the Dog course could easily be compared to Pebble Beach. Just wow.
Sammy Sosa was there while we were there too. Kinda cool :)
The owners (Gloria and Doug) were SO helpful throughout the entire process of booking the trip, arranging transportation from the airport, restaurant recommendations, and random questions we had during our stay.
This trip was one of a kind and we absolutely can't wait to go back one day.

How to get there
Flying into La Romana International Airport (LRM) is the most convenient way to reach Casa de Campo directly. It is located less than 10 minutes from the resort but they have very limited flights. Santo Domingo is the country's major transportation hub and has its largest airport and a sea ferry connection to Puerto Rico. Travelers to La Romana who arrive in Santo Domingo airport (SDQ), which is a little over an hour away from the villa, can rent a car, hire a taxi or we can arrange a personal driver for your group for approximately $120 US each way. You can also fly into Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) which is about 40 minutes away from the villa and is an easy drive. Travelers who arrive to this airport can rent a car, hire a taxi, take a hotel shuttle service to Casa de Campo, or we can arrange a personal driver for your group. A car is not necessary but is recommended at Casa de Campo because it is a large resort. There are walking paths and a Hotel Shuttle that services some areas. Many people rent golf carts or cars to travel around the resort and private drivers or taxis are also available for hire.
