This cost will depend on your energy use, but you can usually estimate $50-100 a week in electricity use. Guest access All guests will be greeted by the property manager and provided the keys and given a general overview of the house. I'm always available by email or phone. We rent additional properties in the area so we are generally close by. Other things to note There's parking for multiple vehicles along with street parking. The washing machine is semi-automatic (which means you wash in one compartment, spin-dry on another and then you hang the clothes to dry) There's a housekeeper available upon request to come as frequent as you desire to do a complete house clean (sweep and mop the floors, do the dishes, wash all towels and sheets, dust all surfaces, clean the bathrooms).
