House Rental
The property is one of three large luxury houses with spectacular views and lush beautiful landscaping. It is part of an enclosed community located in Arroyo Hondo. Close to the zoo, botanical gardens, and shopping centers. Each house is fully furnished, has a bbq and plenty of parking space for cars. The compound is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the center of Santo Domingo and 30 to 45 minutes from the airport. There is an onsite manager who will assists guests with checking-in, maintenance request, and other inquiries, as well as provide information on local activities and attractions.

- Must be respectful of the property and take care of appliances and furnishings.
- Noise must be kept down to a minimum to avoid neighbor complaints.
- Energy consumption is monitored, and guests are charged for excess consumption, over (25 kwh/day).
- Guests must have their passports or valid ID ready at check-in.
- Additional overnight guests must be approved 24 hours in advance, any guests not on the overnight list must leave after 10 PM.
- Overnight violations will be charged $50 per guest

The house was adequate for our stay. I was clean and secure. The property manager was friendly and very helpful.

Anthony the care taker of the house was awesome in all circles. Cleanliness or the house was average,looks like there is a lot of cosmetic work to be done in the house.2 things i did not like was the showers in all 3 bedrooms was very poor,water barely came out of all 3 showers and the master bedroom shower is extremely small and i am not even a big guy.The really bad thing i hated the most was the fact that you will have to use 30kw of power per day in the house.First of all how in the world i am suppose to calculate how much power i use and also coming into a sunny country like that who wants to think about the fact that they cannot turn on an air condition because they might go over their kw.That put a bad taste in my mouth and i will not go back there because of that issue.Other than that area is very nice ,wifi only worked downstairs only and there was no AC downstairs.Finally i went over my kw and had to pay 9 dollars more which was not a big deal but just the idea i think is very dumb.
