On the ground floor this villa has 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The second floor houses a spacious living room/kitchen, 1 additional bedroom/bathroom and a porch. The villa comes with individually controlled air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as in the living room/kitchen and has a carport that easily accommodates two cars.
