We are just a 10 to 15 minute walk from Palm Beach itself and a little further to Eagle Beach but if you'd rather not take your car then you can get to the beaches, shopping or restaurants even faster with the use of the 4 bikes (with helmets) we keep at the townhouse for guests to use free of charge.
When people are comparing one property to others, some of the most important things you can take into account are the amenities that a property offers. To make this job easier, we have listed below the things that are included in what should be your home away from home. When we are staying in Aruba, we want all of the comforts of home and so we provide all of those things to our guests as well.
* The townhouse is 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms, 2 of the bathrooms are en suite.
* Hi speed WiFi and we will give you the password in our information letter we send before you go.
* Cable TV with many channels
* 55 inch flat screen smart tv in the living room (and you can even use our Netflix account if you like.
* A flat screen TV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms also.
* Telephone connected full time so calls can be made and received to the U.S. and Canada FREE!!
* The townhouse has a water heater – a lot of rentals in Aruba do not have hot water.
* The living room has comfortable furniture that is updated as needed
* Fully equipped kitchen with stove-frig w/ ice maker-microwave-dishwasher-coffee maker.
* All of the plates, pots, pans, silverware + various kitchen utensils that you could possibly need.
* Gas BBQ grill and we provide guests with free gas.
* Split A/C unites in every room for your comfort.
* Guests are provided with start up materials also; soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
* Large front load washer / dryer for guests to use.
* 4 bikes for guests to use free of charge
* The townhouse is located in a gated community with security personnel on duty 24/7/365.
* Car parking; if you have a rental car, you can park your car right at the townhouse.
* Our resort has 2 adult pools and a kiddie pool
* Information letter; at least 2 weeks before you go we will provide you with an information letter that will give you detailed information such as: Directions from the airport-information about the townhouse such as WiFi password-safe combinations-contact information for the management company-cell phone instructions and much, much more regarding the townhouse and the area around our small resort.
If you want to explore the island, you might choose to sign up for one of the great island tours or reserve a car or Jeep from one of the rental companies close by for a day or two. Otherwise, just walk, use our bikes or the local bus service and save the rental car costs!!!
Free calls to and from the USA and Canada. We keep a phone in the townhouse that you can use to make and receive phone calls to the U.S. and Canada...... and it's FREE!!!
As I said the townhouse has all of the comforts of home: Cable TV and high speed WiFi. Free telephone calls to and from the USA and Canada. 4 bikes (with helmets) for our guests to use. 3 pools within the community (including the kiddie pool). 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - sleeps 2 to 6 people in comfort. Of course all of the utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silver and cutlery are available for your use. Also, our management company is very close by and so if you have any problems, they will get them resolved. We checked before we hired them; they're the best management company on the island and they're committed to taking good care of our guests in Aruba.

We have taken the damage deposit off of the 'rates' page. There is a $400 damage deposit that people usually put on a CC as a hold and then remove it when they leave. The only other fee is the final cleaning fee of $150 that is paid to the management company when checking in. That will appear on your rental agreement also.

Interaction with guests:Â You will have a management company just a phone call away (and less then 3km down the road). Our management company is the best on the island and they take very good care of our guests. Additionally, you will have our contact information, phone numbers, email address, etc. and we are very responsive to our guests. Just read the reviews to see how well we communicate. There is also a phone inside the townhouse that you can use to make calls to and from the U.S. for FREE!!!
We are back in Canada after 4 wonderful weeks in Aruba and staying at 20 Palma Real was the icing on the cake. My wife and I and also our friends
enjoy staying at this townhouse in Aruba. The house and everything inside was just as was advertised. Glad we choose this house after going through
so many ads on line. Right now I am having Palma Real #20 withdrawal symptoms LOL. and will not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone who asks.
We were in Aruba for our son’s destination wedding. He came over to the townhouse and one of his friends came with him and now the friend would like to

Paradise with all the comforts of home!
Tom and Karen provided EVERYTHING we could possibly need to enjoy our wonderful vacation. Not only was the villa very clean and very comfortable, but the owners also provided a landline that allowed us to make and receive calls free between Aruba and the US/Canada as well as a local trac phone to make calls all over the island. Everyone we had contact with (owners, rental agents, property managers, 24 hour gate guards, etc.) were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The pools were clean and all the furniture very nice/comfortable. My husband, our daughters and our other guests were all very impressed with how lovely this villa was. Thank you!

Wonderful condo
This was a wonderful condo! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We each were able to have our own bedroom and bath. The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated all of the extras such as beach towels and chairs, backpacks and coolers. We had no problem staying within our allotment of electric and water. We conserved but did not feel deprived. The outdoor grill and seating area were also very nice. The condo was about a 10 minute walk to Palm Beach. We went there several times but also drove to many of the other beaches. It was a very convenient location. We did not use the bikes as it was a very busy time of year and traffic was heavy. The condo complex was very secure and the pool area was clean and refreshing. We used it each day when we returned from the beach. Tom and Karen were extremely easy to work with. They provided us with lots of helpful information. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Aruba. It really added to our great Christmas holiday!

Great Aruba Townhouse
This is our 10th stay in Aruba. Our first stay at Palma Real. This townhouse is very comfortable and close to everything. We already booked it for next year.
Tom and Karen are wonderful and if you need anything or assistance they will make sure you have it.

PERFECT!
We've been to Aruba 10 to 12 times and always stayed in a hotel, we've been downtown at the low rises and at the high rises and decided to try a rental home, it was perfect. We had four of us and were able to enjoy both pools daily, drive to the beaches on four occasions and enjoyed a quick walk to three really outstanding restaurants. We used the beach chairs for the ocean that were available at the house and used the house phone to make dinner reservations too. Beautiful home and 10 minute walk to shops, casinos, restaurants, and entertainment district, we''ll be back but next time for a month or more.

Fabulous accommodations- cabbage patch location
We were an adult family of 4. Three bedrooms and three baths made for a very spacious and comfortable 8 night stay. The unit was very well and thoughtfully equipped. Bikes, beach chairs, water floaties, snorkels etc. were a pleasant surprise. We walked Palm beach each morning and adventured around to other areas and beaches of the island during the day and also enjoyed the pool and conversations with other vacationers and residents of Palma Real. We were met upon arrival at the unit by very helpful and informative property managers - that were available if any issues with the rental. We had none. We felt safe staying there and the security staff were all friendly. Everyone in Aruba was - by the way. We enjoyed a few meals in and a number of fabulous meals and happy hours in restaurants near by. The owners are great communicators and clearly caring and involved with their unit. Great experience and we would rent again.

About the neighborhood
Kalm Townhouse is located in the gated community of Palma Real in Palm Beach, Noord, Aruba. This small resort is a very pretty, quiet community made up of townhouses and condos. The location is ideal in that it is a private gated community but within about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the best shopping, beaches and restaurants in Aruba. A car is always a convenience and you might want to rent a car for this reason. If you would prefer not to rent a car however, your just a short walk to pretty much everything you need. There is very good taxi and bus service throughout Aruba also. You will have the use of 4 bikes and so getting to the beach or some light shopping is even easier and faster. There are 3 pools in Palma Real, 2 adult and 1 kiddie pool. One of the pools is practically right across the street from the townhouse. The townhouse itself has all of the comforts of home that you'll need: Separate A/C in all rooms, cable TV, high speed WiFi, all of the appliances and a full kitchen, BBQ grill outside, washer/dryer in the laundry shed, extra linens and plenty of beach towels, large cooler to take to the beach & 4 backpacks to carry towels, sunscreen & other supplies and the 4 bikes (with locks) to get you to the beach. There is a phone in the living room and an extension in the master bedroom and you can make and receive calls from the U.S. and Canada for FREE!!! There is a safe in the master bedroom to store your valuables.
Getting around
A car is always convenient. Our townhouse though is so well located and with the 4 bikes you can use in addition to very good taxi and bus service that you can find in Aruba then a car is not really needed. The townhouse is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to Palm Beach and some of the best shopping on the island. We also have some of the best restaurants on the island located a very short (0.01 to 0.04miles) from our front gate; some of the restaurants are literally right next door.
