The magnificent roof top lounge is perfect for sun-bathing or having cocktails while watching the sun go down. The 50 x 20 foot freeform pool overlooks the mangrove and stunning West End Bay beach. It not only has its own jacuzzi but a refreshing waterfall that cascades down from the small adjacent sun deck. Designed with entertaining and conversation in mind, the Great Room combines 3 large circular built-in banquets for lounging, dining or watching TV and listening to music. Perfect spot for our holiday vacation.

We had a great stay at Mangrove Villa. We are regulars to Anguilla (I think this was our 15th year.) but renting a free-standing villa was a first for us here. We had the largest villa in what is a very private complex of smaller villas. We saw very few of our neighbors except when we came back from dinner and noticed their cars parked outside their respective villas. Our villa had a private pool, which I believe some of the others do as well. We enjoyed having the rooftop for the early mornings and sunset. The view is beautiful. My parents loved the shaded, covered poolside area for reading during the day, while we went exploring other beaches. The beach is really close and beautiful to look out on but is really a "fisherman's" beach as it is pretty rocky once you hit the water and the seaweed on the sand is not tended to, as it would be say near a hotel or staffed villa. This didn't bother us at all as the beaches on Anguilla are very accessible and close by. We just packed up the car with the provided beach chairs and went on our way mostly to Mead's Bay/Rendezvous Bay and Shoal Bay West. The accommodations are really comfortable in terms of the beds and linens, and every bedroom having an en suite bathroom. The kitchen was really nice and easy for everyone to prepare their breakfasts and sometimes lunch. There's everything you could need in the kitchen from utensils to appliances big and small. We didn't do dinner in the villa as we love the restaurants in Anguilla, but could have easily. There is also an outdoor grill off the kitchen. The area, consistent with Anguilla, is really safe. If we needed anything, Ingrid was just a phone call away. Since we are regulars to Anguilla we are pretty self sufficient but she is happy to help with anything. There is a washer and dryer, which is a really nice feature. We would definitely stay at Mangrove Villa again. It is an excellent and affordable option on the West Side.
