The Stables, part of Fermanagh Self Catering unit is on the ground floor of a converted stable/barn. It has a contemporary layout kitchen, dining and living room in an open plan space converted from old stables and servants quarters. It has a modern fitted kitchen with good storage and worktop space and all mod cons are provided.

Guests need to have all kitchen equipment including ovens clean and equipment returned to original place.
Bins need to have been filled correctly: GREEN ordinary waste, BLUE recycling paper, cardboard, plastics, tin, CRATES for glass recycling.
BROWN for any food waste.
Any food that hasnt been consumed can be left on table/ in fridge/ freezer for recycling.
If pets have been staying, NO surface should contain pet hair.
Additional charges will be incurred for damage or extra cleaning.

About the neighborhood
Our location is an excellent fishing centre- not only because we are on edge of a Pike and Perch lake but the entire Fermanagh Lakelands is on our door step. The enormous Lough Erne is only 7 miles away with its massive stock of fish- perch, pike, bream, roach, tench, trout and salmon. Within one mile we have a selection of coarse and game fishing lakes, two of which are stocked with trout (licence can be purchased for £5 per day from local shop). Erne tackle is also nearby for bait requirements.(www.ernetackleandcycles.co.uk). The full list if fishing spots in the area can be seen from DCAL Fishing NI , including the nearby Rainbow trout stocked lake- Corrany- 1mile away.
