Perfect as a tranquil getaway for small groups or for an extended family, the accommodation is arranged on 2 levels which you can use together or independently - each level having own entrances and shaded portico/pergola.
You can rent the whole molino, or for a more economical rate you can rent just the upper portico level alone (3 bedrooms) which is ideal for couples and has beds for up to 7 people.
Exclusive use assured: we only rent to one group at a time.

Near Sansepulcro, Anghiari and Citta di Castello. You can travel to Florence and Sienna if you can cope with a train journey from Arezzo ( we didn't ivo the heat). Went to Urbino and the first 3 mentioned and many smaller towns. Unforgettable. Good if...More

San Giustino (20 mins walk or 3 mins drive) has several friendly bars and restaurants (wonderful food!), plus a range of grocery shops, post office, supermarket, banks, pizzerias, sports centre health club. It's a very small local town, with infrequent foreign visitors. Weekly market in the piazza. It also has a small station - rail connection with Sansepolcro and Perugia. 10 mins drive away - or 20 mins by bike - is historic Sansepolcro. The birthplace of Piero della Francesca, it is a beautiful walled town with a rich variety of restaurants, delightful shopping, and the evening passagiata. Regular buses leave Arezzo (just outside the station) for San Giustino, from where you can walk the 20 mins to molino.
Local bus services go to most towns and villages up and down the Valtiberina - but for the more remote spots, take a bike or car.

Arezzo is nearest mainline train station, well connected by economical trains from most airport cities. Pisa has a main line train connection right at the airport, with frequent trains to Arezzo (via Florence).
