The apartment form is part of an attractive two-storey block on a spacious and prestigious development (a very well-managed site), close to the coast(200m) and overlooked by the stunning mountains. It's a ground floor apartment with its own private walled garden and two large balconies with breathtaking views of Kyrenia mountains. Rich welcome pack, local number mobile (all free of charge). The owner will welcome you personally and show you around on the check in day.
The interior of the apartment has marble floors throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV which will also play your DVD and CD's (we have a lot of DVD films and music CD's and books in English and Russian). Car hire, and ai...

Great Holiday!
This property is great!
It is located in a small peaceful Lapta Pines, with a clean and nice pool, great mountain view and 5 minutes walking distance to a nice beach.
The service we experienced during our stay was fantastic (e.g. a set of food left in the fridge at the check-in, transfer arrangement, local phone provision, wi-fi, etc).
No problem to get back a deposit as well!
Absolutely a recommendation to stay for anyone who wants to visit Northern Cyprus!

Great Apartment, Fantastic Location, Amazing Holiday
We stayed at Arhun's apartment for a week in May, with our three small children and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious and has everything that you might need whilst you are on holiday. Arhun had provided a welcome pack which was above and beyond anything that we had expected; it even included ice cream and cold beer! The Lapta Pines development is lovely and very well maintained. It has a lovely swimming pool and spectacular views of the mountains. It is also very near two small beaches, which are very picturesque, safe for the kids and very quiet (there was nobody else on them). There is lots to do in Lapta and the surrounding area but equally it is great to just relax by the pool. We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay
The apartment is very clean and well equipped and very comfortable. Four adults (two couples) stayed with plenty of room and privacy. Would certainly recommend this apartment and Lapta Pines. A big thank you to owner Arhun.

Wonderful apartment and very hospitable owner.
The owner met us when we arrived. Show us everything we need at the apartment, near from apartment and show some good places around building.
Welcome pack exceed our expectations. The owner leave for us detailed information about apartment, local area and points of interest in hard copy. It was really a good start of our vacation. I strongly recommend this apartment for vacation, in this place you will have everything you need for vacation start and relax.

Can't wait to go back
We stayed at Arhun's holiday apartment for a week. We had an amazing experience. The place is fabulous, with large windows and lots of light. The pool is right outside the apartment and we ended up using it every single day. There is a small rocky beach a five minute walk away from the property which we also really loved. There was also a manghal that we used to cook delicious lamb over charcoal and enjoy on the terrace at nights. Arhun was the most amazing host I've ever had on airbnb. He left us fresh fruit and beverages in the fridge for us to enjoy, as well as leaving a cell phone with a local sim card for us to use locally and to reach out to him whenever we needed. He was always available to help, and when we had problem with water disruption caused by the city, Arhun arranged for a private water delivery and we had water again within an hour. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday stay, and will definitely go back to this property if we are every in Northern Cyprus again. Thank you Arhun.

Peaceful and relaxing
We have just returned to the UK after staying in Arhuns apartment for four weeks. The apt. is spacious and clean with lovely views of the mountains and the communial pool. We were warmly greeted at the apt. by Arhun and he took us in his car and showed us the beaches and restaurants nearby. The welcome pack that he left us was the best we have ever had. Also nothing was too much trouble. Mehmit the on site security and maintenance person was always readily available if you had any queries. It was home from home with the sun shine. Flippers restaurant and small shop are within easy walking distance and highly recommended as Arhuns apt. is Nick and Angela

I would recommend to spend your vacation here
We stayed at this Holiday home in early November. The apartments are very clean and equipped with everything necessary. There is everything you need, including all appliances, linens and towels. The nearest grocery store and the beach, you can easily reach on foot. The owner Arhun is very welcoming and hospitable. He was ready to help us in any problem.
He personally met us in his Holiday house when we arrived late in the evening. Arhun personally showed his holiday house, answered all our questions. In the refrigerator, he left for us all the necessary products for breakfast and even a bottle of wine. All of it was free. We loved holiday in Arhun`s holiday home.
The apartments are situated in a stunningly beautiful location, with terrace offers stunning views of the mountains. On the grounds are very clean, there is a wonderful large pool, which we enjoyed with pleasure. I strongly recommend everyone to stay at this Holiday home.

Fantastic holiday at Arhun's holiday home
We had a fantastic holiday at Lapta Pines. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space.The pool Looked very inviting but as it what we did not January swim.Everything you need for a holiday is in place Arhun even filled the fridge with milk, butter, cheese, cold meat , beer & wine there what so a bowl of fresh fruit.We thus found plenty of places for meals within easy walking distance.The some coastal walk is very nice and we always got a warm welcome from the small cafe When we stopped for coffee. All the people we met were very friendly and helpful.This was a great holiday and we would recommend it to anyone great host great area 5 stars.

Cozy place in a peaceful location
We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday home. The location was excellent for us because we wanted some peace and quiet and it's only 20-25 min drive to Girne in case we wanted something different. The place is only 5 min walk to the sea and has an amazing view of the mountains from the front deck and the living room. The place is well taken care of and the owner really made sure that we had everything we needed, from food for breakfast to cell phone we could use while we were there. And if we had any questions we could always ask an English speaking property manager who was always very nice and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed staying in this holiday property and would advise it to anyone.

Ideal location for exploring n. Cyprus
This is the second time we have stayed in Arhuns apt. When we arrived once again he was there to greet us with an amazing welcome pack. The apt. Had been freshly decorated and a new patio area installed ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
The pool area is clean and the gardens are maintained to a high standard. We enjoyed an early morning swim before breakfast most days. 5minutes walk and you join the lapta coastal walk where you can call at zihnnys cafe for a warm welcome for your morning coffee. A car is not necessary as you can walk to the main road and catch a local bus to most destinations. But if you hire a car there is so much to see and do.

About the neighborhood
Lapta Oceanside, is approx 8 miles from the famous 14th century harbor of Kyrenia in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus [TRNC]. Lapta (Lapithos) is located 8 miles west of Kyrenia. The main town is located behind the tourist strip along the beach and mountain views from the old town and Mediterranean views from the coast. Lapta strip is the main road through the town and offers bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes and hotels. Golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive. The old town is a popular retreat for expatriates.Lapta is also known as Lapithos.

How to get there
Two airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan airport) directly via Stanstead from the UK :Turkish Airlines, and Pegasus. Transfers take approximately 35 minutes and cost 40 GBP by taxi and that can be arranged for you. A greater choice of flights is available to Southern Cyprus (Larnaca/Paphos) with BA, Cyprus Airways or Olympic and a few more for varying prices. Transfers from Larnaca across the border cost 60 GBP, take approximately 90 minutes and that can be arranged for you.
