This apartment is a good size and well managed. The gardens are very pretty with fruit trees and flowers. The apartment looks straight out onto the pool and has its own veranda that looks out onto your own private garden and the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent flat. Clean, spacious and quiet. Family friendly with a wonderful shared pool. The owner, Arhun was very friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to return there.

This is a great place to stay with family. Lots of space with large TV for kids. Fully air conditioned and kitchen equipped with appliances. However, the best thing about this place is the outside space with a shaded veranda with large table and chairs and a patio area for sunbathing. Our main criticism this year though was that there was only 2 sunbeds and nothing at the pool, with 5 of us it wasn't ideal. The pool is lovely and the grounds are very well maintained. The location is close to the coastal walkway and zhinis cafe a short walk one way and the main road into Lapta the other, with the wild duck, ozzies and olive press close by. You can catch a dolmus to the restaurants (not many bars, you'd have to go further e.g. Alsankak, we found it very quiet this year) but you can also walk along the coastal walkway if you want to get your steps in!

Had another amazing time. The Outlook is amazing and the pool is the best we have seen. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need, great location too. Highly recommended

Everything advertised and more. Could not fault the accommodation in any way at all. Absolutely everything you could possibly want for your stay. Lovely garden and pool in a nice quiet complex. Near great restaurants and easy access to Kyrenia via car or local bus. We have stayed in properties around Lapta/Alsançak before and this is definitely our favourite. So much that we have already booked to come back next year.

Arhun’s Apartment is certainly perfect in many ways. The apartment is excellently located within walking distance to great Restaurants, Wild Duck, Silver Rocks and Driftwood. Two of these restaurants can easily be reached by the safe, paved coastal walk with its fantastic views. The supermarket which is very well stocked from bakery, butchers and even hot cooked food along with everything you’ll need or forgotten is only a 10 minute walk. There is even a bus stop beside the supermarket which will take you into the bustling town of Girne or more bars and restaurants within Lapta all for a very small charge. The site is immaculate and the gardens are well kept every day. The pool is big and spotlessly clean with the garden and pool cleaner living on site. Mehmet the Site Supervisor who speaks excellent English also lives on site which is ideal if any problem does arise. Arhun’s Apartment is very spacious and has everything you need throughout your stay. Arhun is very kind, polite and approachable who also speaks English and has a wealth of knowledge about the local area. The Apartment can easily accommodate a family and the large secure sun terrace/garden is ideal for the kids to play in or sunbathe. It’s also fantastic to have breakfast/evening meal or BBQ as it has the outside furniture and the stunning backdrop of the pool and mountain range. We have had a fantastic 2 months here and will certainly be back. Overall, it has been a very relaxing time and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you Arhun.

Our family has spent two and half months in North Cyprus staying in Mr. Arhun's apartment. Mr. Arhun,the host gave us a great help during our stay. The apartment is located 15mins driving distance from Town Center. but supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. There is a swimming pool in the apartment and seaside walking path is not far. The rental price is very valuable. so if next time you plan to visit North Cyprus please try this place. Thank you JP Yu

Stayed here at Around place in October for 5 weeks through into November. I can't say anything that has not been said in other reviews and in my review from last yeat.This place is a natural first choice if you are looking to stay in the Lapta area of North Cyprus. Well maintained,well ran and very hospitable. Clean and well kept with everything you could ever need for a great peaceful relaxing holiday. Keep up the good work Arhun. Many thanks for your great hospitality and help whenever needed.

This is the second time we have stayed. Transfers and car hire were all arranged and went smoothly. The Apartment is well situated, being near the sea and close to the main road in Lapta with all its many restaurants. The apartment is well furnished and it good to see a welcome pack, including some beers. Nothing is too much trouble and the site is very well kept by Mehmet. It’s a little oasis. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely sunrises and sunsets. We will certainly be back again. Thank you Arhun and Mehmet for a lovely stay.

We have just returned from a very nice 2 week holiday in Arhuns apartment in Lapta on the Northern coast of Cyprus. Beautiful surroundings in lovely kept gardens with stunning views of the surrounding mountains all nestling around a lovely central pool. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with air con through out and every utensil you could think of all topped off with a grocery pack when we arrived. All this was overseen by the manager of the complex who could not do enough for you to enjoy your stay. Mehmet was a diamond who did more than his job calls for that is why Arhuns apartment and the Pines in general is such a lovely peaceful place for a holiday.
