Casa Lucia truly is a hidden gem. It's set in the teeny, tiny town of Alebbio, and it is really off the beaten path. The house is gorgeous and accurately represented on their website. Even though Casa Lucia was built recently, it really blends in with the architecture of neighboring Alebbio. The house has four bedrooms, each with a private bath, which is particularly nice for privacy sake. Even though the home is remote, you're really not far from several small local towns offering shops and restaurants. You're also not terribly far from major attractions like Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre and Lucca. All can be reached via car or a combination of car and train/ferry. We reveled in the relaxation while at Casa Lucia. It was so nice to detach from the hustle and bustle from the world for awhile. I'm so thankful I found Casa Lucia and I can't wait to go back!
