This charming, single level one bedroom Annex is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the award-winning village of Hanley Swan. You have easy access to the village pub; The Swan (serves fabulous food), the village shop, and a beautiful duck pond.

The fitted kitchen has a Halogen hob and oven, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Laundry facilities can be arranged with the owner on a weekly basis. The lounge/dining area has a table and four chairs, sofa bed, comfy reclining chair, 55 inches smart TV, WIFI, full central heating with a digital thermostat. and plenty of interesting books to read. Patio doors open out onto a patio with outdoor seating and access to the owners garden.
The bedroom has a comfy king bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and looks out over the patio area. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is spacious with a bath and wall-mounted power shower and heated towel rail.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome and this is a non-smoking property.
Note: There is a sofa bed for additional sleeping options and I can also offer a travel cot to accommodate a small child.
Lovely place to stay, everything you could ever want in a holiday place, the garden a lone is wonderful, Gigi is most welcoming and Charlie her dog came around to see us and our dog. The village pub on just down the road and duck pond are both great.
It’s a great place to use as a base for the Malvern hills, we Have already booked again.

Just perfect all round!
The dog friendly Annex is just the most perfect place to stay - the accommodation is comfortable and spacious, the hosts (Gigi and Neil, not forgetting Charlie, their cheeky dog!) are friendly and welcoming and the garden is awesomely beautiful, as well as being secure and safe for a dog to run around in.
The area is beautiful too - for walks and for visiting lovely properties (don't miss the Croome and Brockhampton estates), not to mention the interesting and historic towns in the area. Tewkesbury is a fabulous experience with a dog - many of the cafes are dog friendly and even the Abbey welcomes dogs!

Delightful dog friendly accomodation
Great to be back at the annex with our dogs who like us feel they are visiting best friends. Bobby and Lucy loved playing in the garden with Charlie and we loved relaxing and meeting up with Gigi and Neil again

Home from Home
The Annex was a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Well-equipped, warm, lovely comfy bed and super hot showers. Gigi and Neil were brilliant hosts. Unobtrusive, but always approachable. The Malvern Hills were wonderful to walk and only a couple of miles away. We will certainly be back!

A lovely place to stay
We spent two days here as a base for walking in the hills. Gigi gave us the most friendly welcome and was super helpful with advice on local walks and places to visit and eat. We loved the little visits too from their very friendly and well behaved dog, Charlie. The accommodation is very well equipped with all the basics provided so you don't need to take stuff to wash up, condiments, loo roll etc. This makes such a difference when you are only going somewhere for a few days. The king size bed was very comfortable as was the whole accommodation. The annex is of a very high standard and looks over the gardens which are very well kept. Very reasonable rates with wonderful service from Gigi. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble here!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Annex. We knew the location was going to be excellent for walks on the Malvern Hills but what a bonus the actual accommodation was. Gigi, Neil and their dog Charlie really are the perfect hosts. We are already working out when we can manage another visit!

Excellent accommodation
Our stay in The Annex was excellent. The accommodation very spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the owner's lovely garden. The Annex is only a short drive to the Malvern Hills and there are many local walks to enjoy too. The owners, Gigi and Neil, are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They have a very friendly dog called Charlie. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful
We had a lovely break at The Annex with our two dogs. The studio is tastefully decorated and the bed is fabulously comfortable. The garden is beautifully kept. Their little dog is very friendly and tolerant of visiting dogs. There is a huge TV, but we did not use it a) because that is not really why you go on holiday b) because to be honest the sofa is a bit Spartan.
We managed to catch a collectibles fair at the Showground, visit Hereford, Worcester, Brockhampton manor and of course walk on the Malvern Hills. There is the best ice cream ever near the car park at British Camp at the south end of the range.
We went to the Marlbank Inn down the road for a pleasant pub meal, where there is a sign on the gate saying that they welcome dogs.

The Malvern Hills offer fantastic walking opportunities along its 8-mile stretch plus there are plenty of walks around the Hanleys. Malvern is a lovely Victorian town and there are plenty of coffee shops and fine dining in and around the town. The Malvern Theatre offers plenty of entertainment and the Three Counties Show Ground holds lots of events during the Spring and Summer months. Worcester Cathedral and Town Hall are worth a visit and again there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a large cinema in this thriving city. The river Severn passes through the Worcester and offers some pleasant riverside walks and Canal walks.
Getting around
There is a local bus to Worcester from the village. Gigi is always around to help out with transport to Malvern and she can pick you up from Great Malvern station.
