This was our third stay at this wonderful property. It is ideal for families and is so peaceful and quiet; you can really relax and unwind here. The only noise came from the bees and the crickets within the grounds. The kitchen is very well equipped and it really is a home from home. There is also air conditioning throughout. The host Roger is very responsive and the property is managed locally by a lovely gentleman who is equally very helpful and responsive. The local supermarkets are between10 to 20 minutes away depending on which one you choose. Ostuni, the white city, is only 20 mins away and Ceglie Messapica, 15 mins away by car. The coast is approx 30 mins away. The wines within this region are superb and the most we paid for a top quality wine at a restaurant was circa 26 € per bottle; most averaging 19€ per bottle. Restaurants I would thoroughly recommend include: Il Fienele Ostuni - consistently excellent, not over priced, great host Osteria piazzetta cattedrale - Ostuni - intimate and amazing food Nomade - Ostuni - beach restaurant Gli Ulivi - Alberobello - fantastic value and excellent staff Enococus - Ceglie Messapica - best steak restaurant and worth the price This was a truly memorable stay with family and one we will never forget.

Magnifique villa avec immense piscine dans un cadre enchanteur entouré d’oliviers et de figuiers au calme. Idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région. Ottavio et sa femme sont adorables.

We spent two weeks in the Trulli delle Rondini. The house is spacious and tastefully furnished. The pool is quite large and even in October we spent some days next to and in the pool. But the house also has a good heating system, so it was cosy and warm on cooler days. Ottavio, the property manager, was very nice and helpful. When we arrived, there was some local wine and food in the fridge and when we had a problem with the electricity one day, Ottavio immediatey came and solved it. The house has a large garden. It is located in an area with lots of olive groves. Nearby Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni are pretty towns. To other sights like Lecce or Castel del Monte you need to drive an hour or even a little more.

We loved this villa, our 2 boys had great fun in the pool and we relaxed in the sun. It's a real home from home carefully and thoughtfully fitted for all you need. With a BBQ in the garden and the opportunity to stroll around the shady olive/fig/peach orchard we hardly bothered to venture out! Highly recommended!!

If you want a place where you can be completely relaxed and comfortable, in the beautifully appointed trullo or around the pool, without noise and distractions (save those of your own family perhaps!), yet easily reach beaches on 2 seas, lovely old Puglian cities and bustling modern markets, then this is the place for you. If not, don't go, obviously. The view of the trullo from the pool as the sun sinks down over it is glorious, especially with a cold glass of Vermentino. Bravo!

We stayed at this stunning Trullo for 3 weeks in August, it was our second visit to Puglia, and certainly not our last! The weather was hot (30-35degrees) but with a/c in all the bedrooms sleeping was bliss. the Trullo itself has everything and good quality, I won't list things here, just check out the listing. It is a real home from home, the main pool and patio area is enormous and extremely well laid out, with great comfortable furniture, the pool itself is huge and gets the sun all day, it has a 'walkable' edge for little ones who need a little extra confidence when swimming, but also is great for adults to to have a proper swim, and there is a great diving board. If you have never been to the area, it is the best that Italy has to offer, sun, food, wine and extremely friendly people. I cannot recommend this property enough, the owner Roger and his agent Ottavio made the whole experience so simple.

The property is lovely and situated in a very quiet area a few kilometres from Ceglie. The house is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool area is great with perfect sun beds. Our children also enjoyed the Playstation console and games. Although it was unexpectedly hot for the period, it was still pleasant due to the constant breeze and at night thanks to the AC:s. Wonderful to pick early figs directly from the trees and eat them with a piece of local cheese or in a sallad :-). Got efficient and warm welcome and guidance from the local property manager Ottavio.

We enjoyed a fantastic, relaxing holiday staying in Trulli delle Rondini, a spectacular place.. our 3 children loved the pool and .spent most of their time in it!!, as well as exploring the gardens around. When they needed to take a break from the sun they were happy to come inside. A perfect environment to cool down, the interior was extremely comfortable and our son loved the playstation! a real treat for him and the girls colouring, collecting things from outside to take home!.. Lots to do and visit in the surrounding area, we ate delicious food and Ottavio was amazing very helpful..many thanks to Roger

We have had a wonderfull 2 weeks stay in the trullo. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool and the surroundings of the house a lot and always wanted to stay at home! As we travelled with a friend we loved the big kitchen-eating-living area in between the two sleeping areas. So the house is very spacious, specially for two partys. A big surprise for me was the large "garden" around the house because I could pick fresh figs and almonds every day! A part of that we visited a lot of nice villages, gardens, beaches and restaurants and enjoied the whole variety Apulia can offer...we had an excellent stay and would love to go again!
