Just got back to Fuengirola after a fabulous 4 night stay at this beautiful Casita. We loved every second of our stay from our arrival & meeting Emma & Ron who are just the best hosts, so friendly & helpful. On entering the Casita we were so happy as it was even better than we had expected, spotless & everything you could possibly need including the most generous welcome pack we've ever seen! Casita Alicia acaba de convertirse en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos. La casa es preciosa y coqueta, fresca por mucho calor que haga fuera, y está equipada al máximo (mención especial a los utensilios de cocina). Todo es nuevo y de buena calidad. La limpieza es absoluta. Emma y Ron son unos anfitriones estupendos, amabilísimos, respetuosos con la intimidad de sus huéspedes pero siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos habían dejado un montón de productos básicos (y no tan básicos), incluidas fruta y verdura de su huerto. La piscina resulta perfecta para relajarse y refrescarse, tanto de día como de noche, y tiene unas vistas inmejorables (montañas y un cielo increíblemente limpio, ideal para contemplar las estrellas). Todo, en definitiva, superó nuestras expectativas (and beyond, and beyond...). La atención al detalle, la limpieza y el mimo que lo impregnan todo son especialmente de agradecer en estos tiempos extraños. Estamos deseando volver y, sin duda, lo haremos pronto.

Es el sitio perfecto para evadirte de todo, en medio de la naturaleza, sin vecinos ni ruidos. Los anfitriones son un encanto, muy atentos y respetuosos. La casa estaba impoluta, algo que se agradece ahora más que nunca. Tanto al llegar como durante la estancia, nos encontramos varios detalles. Además tienen dos perritos encantadores. Totalmente recomendable.

Un lugar muy bonito que te permite desconectar de la ciudad. La casita tenía todo lo necesitarlo para no tener que moverse demasiado. A la llegada encontramos unas cuantas cosas que los anfitriones habían dejado, todo un detalle. Ron y Emma personas encantadoras que nos hicieron las estadía perfecta. Sin lugar a dudas recomendable.

Esta casita ubicada en pleno corazón de la Axarquía, cerca de los pueblos de Riogordo y Comares (muy bonitos por cierto), es ideal para desconectar durante unos dias de la rutina diaria. La casa está muy bien equipada y se nota que todo está bien cuidado. La piscina es perfecta para 2 personas y conserva una buena temperatura para bañarte a cualquier hora del dia, también hay una barbacoa de gas que gustará a los mas glotones, nosotros la usamos todas las noches. Emma y Ron son unos anfitriones estupendos, pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar y a la vez respetando la intimidad de los huspedes. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos un paquete de bienvenida con productos artesanales hechos por ellos entre otras cosas, sin duda fue todo un detalle. Ha sido maravilloso desconectar durante unos dias en los que solo podiamos escuchar el sonido de la naturaleza. Destacar el cielo estrellado que se puede ver desde las hamacas junto a la piscina. Sin duda volveremos. This cottage located in the heart of the Axarquía, near the villages of Riogordo and Comares (very nice by the way), is ideal to disconnect for a few days from the daily routine. The house is very well equipped and you can tell that everything is well maintained. The pool is perfect for 2 people and retains a good temperature to bathe at any time of the day, there is also a gas barbecue that will please the most gluttons, we use it every night. Emma and Ron are great hosts, pending anything you may need while respecting the privacy of the guests. When we arrived we found a welcome pack with handmade products made by them among other things, it was definitely a detail. It has been wonderful to disconnect for a few days when we could only hear the sound of nature. Highlight the starry sky that can be seen from the hammocks by the pool. We'll definitely be back.

We’ve just finished our third stay at Casita Alicia. As always everything was perfect, even the weather. The house, the beautiful surroundings and the nearby small restaurants were all to our full satisfaction. Thanks to Emma and Ron for many a good conversation and good pieces of advice. A little gem surrounded by mountain and bird song. Tranquil 5 star accommodate. With your every need catered for by Ron and Emma. We had a wonderful 3 week stay and was sad to say goodbye. A wonderful experience never to be forgotten.

Cannot recommend more highly. Absolutely stunning, comfortable perfect holiday accommodation. By far the best property around for a true Spanish rural holiday. The Casita is perfect both inside and out. It is private, beautifully furnished and the pool is the outside terrace are amazing.

1st class apartment, spotless and the attention to detail is remarkable. Everything has been thought of and even the fridge is stocked with essentials so there is no need to rush off to the supermarket the minute you arrive. Nestled in the mountains but easily accessable by car and with your own parking spot. Beautiful views, lovely walks and not far from the nearest village (15-20mins by car) where you can get everything you need. Emma and Ron are so helpful and welcoming, perfect hosts. The bedroom is double aspect so with windows open at night there is no need for aircon (July) and two fans are provided. No need to take a book either, there is an excellent selection to choose from. This really is the place to get away from it all and relax and like everyone else who has been, we too would like to return!

We've just spent 12 lovely days in Casita Alicia. This time it was even better than last August because of the fantastic Andalusian spring. The house was, as always, perfect for a couple, and our hosts Ron and Emma were helpful and friendly again. We had ordered Emma's three course dinner on arrival and can only recommend other guests to do the same. This time we visited Tha Automobile Museum and The Russian Art Museum in Malaga, and they were both worth seing. Another day we went to the top of The Alcazaba in Malaga. It was hard but worth the effort. Ron and Emma was so kind as to book a visit to an olive mill (The Hortolano) one day. It was an outstanding experience to listen to a Spanish lady who was so devoted to her profession. We can only recommend Casita Alicia, the area, the hosts, the views and the climate.
