This spacious 2 bed apartment is in a fantastic location on the main A478 Tenby road. It is only 4 miles from Tenby & 2 miles from Saundersfoot (3 minutes by car or leisurely 20 min. walk), 2 minutes from Folly Farm & has off street parking. Close to all amenities, shops, fast food takeaways etc., bus stop virtually outside the front door, railway station 2 minutes by car or a 10-15-minute walk. It is ideal for exploring all the delights of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children This apartment is accessible via a self-contained front entrance accessed by a flight of stairs that leads to a lounge/diner and master bedroom on the right and to the left, a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, bathroom and children’s bedroom with bunk beds.

Very comfortable accomodation
The appartment included all modern facilities and was very comfortable. Steve did his best to make our stay amazing. Lots of information given - nearby attractions and restaurants, etc.
Saundersfoot and Tenby is nearby.
We´ll visit again.

Great apartment, great location
We had a fantastic stay in this superb apartment which we found was situated perfectly for everywhere we wanted to visit, close to all the main beaches like Tenby, Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge. The parking outside the front door was brilliant and the lovely big entrance hall meant we could leave all our mucky boots and coats downstairs.
The living space is huge, and we were really surprised at how big and comfortable the apartment is. The huge sofa and the furnishings are so comfortable, and our son loved his cuddly throw and special lights in his bedroom. Although we visited in January, we were always cosy & warm when we were in and I would recommend this property to anyone considering a holiday in this area. Steve & Linda the owners were really friendly and nice when we saw them, and they gave us some good tips and places to visit.

Lovely cosy apartment with all you need and parking right outside the door
Stayed here for half term week as visiting friends and family in the area. Gorgeous apartment with everything we could possibly need. We loved the fact that spacious hallway on entering where we could dump all our coats, boots and brollies etc and also had a fab notice board with lots local info.
Most importantly for a winter break was comfortable beds and nice and warm. We ate in a few times and kitchen well equipped with all we needed.
Anyone wanting to stay in there are games to play and plenty of films and box sets to keep you entertained.
We are cyclists and there is enough space for bikes in the entry area so safe and secure and lots of routes to cycle nearby. We parked right outside which is ace as can be a problem in some properties.
We had a couple of queries regarding checking out and needed some extra towels and the hosts couldnt have been more accommodating.
Back here in summer time and cant wait.

Holiday home near Tenby
Great flat - clean, spacious, cosy. Superb location- short drive to Tenby and Sandersfoots beach.
Owners were very helpful and accomodating- we needed a cot for our baby and they got one for us at a very short notice.
Will be recommending to our friends and if we ever in the area again will stay again.

Absolutely great
Just perfect. Can't fault the accommodation, simply brilliant. Every eventuality catered for, and our hosts Steve and Linda we're just great. As seasoned travellers we've stayed in many locations and in all types of accommodation around the UK this flat rates very highly for location and services.

Stunning apartment with everything we could wish for and in a beautiful part of the UK
What can I say. Well equipment apartment with everything provided. Everything is brand spanking new! Books and DVD’s which was a really nice touch. Did not realise how close it would be to Saundersfoot, Tenby and Wisemans Bridge.
We took advantage of the bus to get in to Tenby a couple of times with the bus stop only 30 seconds from the apartment.
Highly recommend as a excellent base to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast.
Also visited Laughane the home of Dylan Thomas Boathouse and took the children to the excellent Folly Farm which is only 3 minutes up the road.

Perfect for what we wanted
We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in Pembrokeshire when we visited in May. We previously researched the location as we did not want to be in Tenby as we wanted to have the freedom to come and go as we pleased without worrying about parking or losing our space as has happened when we previously stayed in Tenby and were scared to move our car once we had a space as we didn’t want to lose it.
So, on this holiday in Pembrokeshire we needed to be close to Tenby, Saundersfoot, which we love, but not in it, so to speak. We were also able to take advantage of the local bus service with the bus stop being just yards from the apartment, enabling us to leave the car and have a drink too.
Location, perfect. The Apartment itself? Absolutely superb with everything there for us. We were really surprised how much space there is, and the furnishings and décor has been done to a very high standard with lots of thought clearly having gone into it. Very comfortable, very homely, lots of nice little touches here and there which we really appreciated. We shall return. Thank you, Steve and Linda.

Lovely apartment in Tenby
A lovely 2 bed apartment near to Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Beautifully clean with everything you need including books, games and DVDs for a rainy day. Lots of well thought out touches.

Fabulous apartment
We stayed with our 2 children during the half term. A beautifully decorated and clean flat providing everything we needed and some thoughtful extras. The flat was spacious and extremely comfortable. Parking directly outside. Great location for accessing Tenby and Saundersfoot. The owner welcomed us on arrival and was on hand throughout. He was extremely helpful, providing information and recommendations. We will definitely come back.

There is a very convenient bus stop just a few yards from the front door, to the right along the pavement which goes in the Saundersfoot/Tenby direction. Just across the road is the bus stop that will drop off from Tenby and head in the direction of Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Pendine etc. Kilgetty Railway Station is only 1 mile away in the centre of Kilgetty.
Getting around
There is an abundance of Takeaways, pubs & restaurants in the locality as well as shops etc. as above. Steve & Linda can advise you on this but there is lots of information, phone numbers etc. inside the apartment. Likewise there is lots of information. leaflets & books on Walks, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, The Local History, Places to visit etc. You will not be bored!!

How to get there
Please feel free to call me anytime if you need directions over the last few miles. We are on the left on the main A478 road heading towards Tenby, Turn left at the Kilgetty roundabout off the A477 and take the A478 towards Tenby. we are approx 1 minute from this roundabout in Pentlepoir, just past the 30mph sign, bus shelter & right hand bend . The first property on the left after the bus shelter and post box. Property address - The Flat. 'Laubobange', Hill Lane, Pentlepoir, Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire, SA68 0QT. (The middle front door out of the 3 doors on the property).
Parking:
You can park right outside the front door, but can we please ask that you park straight and as tight to the left-hand wall that borders ‘The Cottage’ as possible, to enable Linda to access the drive to park her car. We appreciate that if you drive straight in, it’s difficult to reverse back out onto the pavement/main road to get out, so here are 2 helpful suggestions for you. You could wait until the evening when the road is very quiet and reverse out, then back in so you are facing the right way to exit in the day time., or you can also park next door in ‘The Cottage’ area. There is a space adjacent to the parking space for ‘The Cottage’ which is also allocated for you, or our personal guests if you find this easier? The choice is yours. If you are not quite sure, please do not hesitate to give us a knock next door in ‘Laubobange’ to ask, or give us a call when you have our phone number on booking.
