The stylish Lounge/diner has a Smart TV/DVD Player with HDMI lead to connect your own TV Box or games console. Videos and books are provided for you to enjoy during your stay and the oak dining table and chairs are perfect for family mealtimes.
The kitchen contains fridge with freezer box, washing machine, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all utensils, tea towels, oven gloves etc. that you would expect to find in your own home to make your holiday hassle free. The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is ideal for breakfast time or for a quick cuppa before exploring the delights of the area.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead rain shower head and towels are supplied.
The Master bedroom has plenty of storage space with a mirrored wardrobe and spacious drawers containing a hairdryer and a separate hanging rail for longer dresses etc.
Bedroom 2 is decorated with children in mind with 2 bunk beds and handy drawer storage space with individual lights for each bed and ‘goodie storage pockets’.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT A 2 NIGHT STAY BUT WE NEED TO ADD A CLEANING & LAUNDRY FEE OF £50 FOR THIS SHORT STAY. ANY STAYS OF 3 NIGHTS OR LONGER, THEN NO CLEANING/LAUNDRY FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

Fantastic property in an ideal location
A fantastic property in an ideal location to explore the Pembrokeshire coast with Saundersfoot and Tenby within easy reach. Plenty nearby to occupy young children - Folly Farm is a must! Steve’s property is thoughtfully equipped and brilliant for young families. Steve is an extremely thoughtful host and provides lots of information to make the most of your stay. Highly recommend and will return!

Wouldn’t hesitate to book again
This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Good location for us (not far from Folly Farm and a short drive into Saundersfoot and Tenby). Comfortable accommodation with enough room for 2 adult and 2 small children. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be looking to stay again in future!

Beautiful apartment!
Highly recommend this beautiful apartment which is in perfect location for enjoying local attractions and beaches.
Apartment is absolutely spotless and well equipped with all your needs. They really have thought of everything.

Fantastic holiday

Loved it
The flat was a home away from home. It had everything we needed. It’s comfortable and you can just relax. E managed to walk to the beach and we could drive too. We will definitely be going back. The host were really great. They were on hand to help with anything. We will definitely be going back

Ideally located, comfortable, well equipped and spacious.
Friendly and helpful contacts as we booked and prepared to come, with a warm welcome to a spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. It is well situated for trips by car and train (and probably by bus) around a fascinating area of west Wales. Kilgetty station is just a short walk away and the trains offer a way of avoiding trying to park in Tenby. Steve is a great host, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

Lovely place to stay in perfect location
This is our second visit to the flat and we will no doubt be back! The flat is spacious with everything you could need. It is spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home. My son loves the bunk beds and all the lovely additions in the childrens bedroom. The location is perfect for us to visit nearby beaches such as Saundersfoot and Tenby and my sons favourite place, Folly Farm, is literally down the road. The hosts are friendly and helpful and provide all you need for a lovely break away.

Well equipped appt with great hosts
This is a great, very well equipped apartment which is exceptionally clean throughout. It’s ideally located for visiting all parts of Pembrokeshire and it has very good local amenities. We’ll definitely be going back there soon.

Lovely flat and hosts
The flat was a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. It was very clean and the host left lovely personalised touches. Good location for short drives to beauty spots.

Shopping/Petrol Filling Stations & Convenience Stores:
Old Pump Filling Station & Spar – 30 seconds by car heading towards Tenby up the hill/10-minute walk
Kilgetty CO-OP Superstore – 0.5 mil – 1 minute away
Tesco Express & Spar etc. – Saundersfoot – 1.5 miles away/3 minutes.
Crossroads Shell Garage – 0.25 miles away, 40 seconds by car
Tenby shops – 4 miles – 7 minutes by car
There is a very convenient bus stop just a few yards from the front door, to the right along the pavement which goes in the Saundersfoot/Tenby direction. Just across the road is the bus stop that will drop off from Tenby and head in the direction of Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Pendine etc. Kilgetty Railway Station is only 1 mile away in the centre of Kilgetty.
Getting around
There is an abundance of Takeaways, pubs & restaurants in the locality as well as shops etc. as above. Steve & Linda can advise you on this but there is lots of information, phone numbers etc. inside the apartment. Likewise there is lots of information. leaflets & books on Walks, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, The Local History, Places to visit etc. You will not be bored!!

How to get there
Please feel free to call me anytime if you need directions over the last few miles. We are on the left on the main A478 road heading towards Tenby, Turn left at the Kilgetty roundabout off the A477 and take the A478 towards Tenby. we are approx 1 minute from this roundabout in Pentlepoir, just past the 30mph sign, bus shelter & right hand bend . The first property on the left after the bus shelter and post box. Property address - The Flat. 'Laubobange', Hill Lane, Pentlepoir, Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire, SA68 0QT. (The middle front door out of the 3 doors on the property).
Parking:
You can park right outside the front door, but can we please ask that you park straight and as tight to the left-hand wall that borders ‘The Cottage’ as possible, to enable Linda to access the drive to park her car. We appreciate that if you drive straight in, it’s difficult to reverse back out onto the pavement/main road to get out, so here are 2 helpful suggestions for you. You could wait until the evening when the road is very quiet and reverse out, then back in so you are facing the right way to exit in the day time., or you can also park next door in ‘The Cottage’ area. There is a space adjacent to the parking space for ‘The Cottage’ which is also allocated for you, or our personal guests if you find this easier? The choice is yours. If you are not quite sure, please do not hesitate to give us a knock next door in ‘Laubobange’ to ask, or give us a call when you have our phone number on booking.
