We are a brand new, cool and cozy little hostel located in the heart of Cozumel. Conveniently established in the city center of the island, looking towards the ocean, Hostel Auikyani provides easy access to the islands main attractions and most popular restaurants, bars, dive shops and shopping centers. All our rooms include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and power plugs for each bed. At Hostel Auikyani, we don’t only do beds but we also want you to enjoy yourself and explore the island like a local and get to know other fellow travelers from all around the world. We also have great tour assistance to make sure that you’ll have the best experience during your stay.

About the neighborhood

The beautiful island of Cozumel located in the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea…It is Mexico’s largest Caribbean island and is famous for its world renowned diving in its amazing marine preserve and its powdery sand beaches. There is an abundance of delicious eateries in Cozumel. Many local restaurants serve fresh local seafood including affordable lobster dishes and ceviche.

Getting around

The city center of San Miguel is pretty small, everything is at walking distance. Even though we have a few small beaches near by the town, the ''beach area'' is more located on the other side (east side) of Cozumel. Grab a scooter and go and explore the island!
