Armadale House is a self-catering house in the fishing village Portmahomack in Easter Ross. Armadale is situated near the Portmahomack Harbour with great views out to sea. In a central position in the town, the house is close to the village amenities and sandy beach. Ground Floor: The kitchen/ diner is a modern fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The dining area has seating for 4 guests and a dog bed and dog bowls are available. Stairs to the first floor to all other rooms. The second bedroom [off the hall] has a king-size bed, dressing table with a mirror, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lights and an armchair. The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet. Other information: There is parking on the street outside the house. The house has electric heating. Guests have access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. This location offers guests fantastic views looking across the sea. The sandy beach is within a 5-minute walk from the property. The property is close to local amenities. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands. There is a bus route running through Portmahomack. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
