We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Manigod, this charming studio with ski station accessible on foot, of a surface of 18 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 13 m², an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 13 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, 1 bunk bed (2 beds) and a dining area - A kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, cooking plates... - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside : - A terrace of 6 m² exposed full south to benefit from the beautiful days The apartment is ideally located in Manigod, in a very pleasant environment, near the slopes. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - Tourist sites : La Clusaz (10min), Manigod (5min), Merdassier (5min), Annecy and its lake (30min) and Geneva (1h15). - Sporting activities : In summer you have access to the outdoor swimming pool in Merdassier at 5 minutes by car (paying access 3€ adult, 2€ child), as well as many departures of strolls/walks or in bicycle/ mountain bike at 30m of the studio. In winter you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snowboarding, dog sledding... - Events : Music festival in June at the top of the Cabeau head and many festivities to see directly with the tourist office of Manigod and La Clusaz. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation. As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus shuttle in winter period. - Nearest train station: Annecy train station located at about 50 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport located at about 1h13 by car. Other remarks : - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Manigod Services Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
